12/12-2018 just moved to town and decided to check out this barbershop. What can I say man this place has a unique vibe to it! Great music ???? it’s a stereotypical barber ???? for all The good reason. Would recommend and having a good barbershop is essential to The community from a new resident in town I’m glad I now have a place to go to. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is fantastic! I first took my 3 sons more than 4 years ago when we were looking for someone that could assist with my youngest wanting his jersey number shaved into the side of his hair for hockey playoffs. The guys are hilarious and we all left with sore bellies from laughing so hard and my guys were thrilled with their cuts ( especially the #2 and the flame cut into littlest's hair) My middle son, now 18 wouldn't think of ever going elsewhere. He swears by Erroll. Loves his humour. Even back in the day before you could book and you could wait hour or two for your turn. ( yes it is that popular...they are great!) Noah still only wanted to get Erroll to do his cut. Having the ability to book an apt time now is a great addition.. The new look transformed the place and the website is very user friendly and looks nice too. Guys, if you are looking for a new place to get a good cut look no further. Seriously, the barbers are talented, the atmosphere is friendly and inclusive, the conversation will be sure to keep you smiling and you'll get a great cut for a great price. I cannot say enough about Erroll and this shop.

Great cut, and a positive vibe. Unfortunately their online payment system doesn’t work properly which put me in an embarrassing situation where I thought I paid, but apparently they don’t receive the money. You guys should remove this from your website, to avoid other customers going through this.

Nice Barber shop especially for afro-Caribbean hairs. I went there with my wife and my two boys. We had a good service and the hairs were well cut. The shop is spacious. The musics played for the time were there was 100% Jamaican. One of the things I would recommend is having a Barbershop Vacuum, there were a considerable amount of hairs on the floor and the sitting areas. I would recommend this shop for a clean cut.

I can't say enough good things about mine and my son's experience here today. He is almost two and he sat well for probably half an hour for his cut. Errol was super professional and gave him the best haircut he's ever had! (I didn't know what to expect because he never had a GREAT haircut in the past). I was beyond surprised and pleased! The vibe in the shop was amazing. I loved the music and everybody was so nice. My son just spent the whole time looking around and listening, no cell phone needed ???? highly recommend this place! We will be back xo

Fresh, fast and inexpensive. The only place I let touch my head. If you need a quick cut you go here. If you want the freshest fade you go here. Or if you have nothing better to do and you just wanna hang out with a good group or real ones just pop by and you will be laughing for days. Arol, Nunu and Colin do a standup job while you are sitting down taking in ferry street sights.

I was in town for my wedding and needed a haircut on short notice. I looked up the closest place to my hotel and I was in luck as Errol took me as a walk-in customer with no appointment. He gave me the best haircut I've ever had, and is a really nice guy. I highly recommend this barber shop.

What kind of business makes your appointment, asks you to come 10mins early, goes so far as to remind you the day of your appointment...that you have an appointment...THEN DOESN’T EVEN SHOW UP? I had a 10am, showed up at 950 and waited 20mins and still no one showed up. No sign in the window, no way to get a hold of the shop. No phone calls to me saying they would be late or anything. I’m very disappointed. Good barber but the business admin needs ALOT of work.

Worst place ever The barbers are skilled to a certain extent But dear oh dear you can't trust them I have been cutting my hair there for years now. And still... Everytime you go there is only ONE guy telling you the rest will be a little late (at like 130 pm on a Tuesday btw) And if you go WITH AN APPOINTMENT you are not guaranteed to get your hair cut cause they are "busy with appointments" What about my appointment ? Why say be there in 40 minutes when you can't cut my hair in 40minutes??????!!!!!! What a waste of gas and time Coulda gotten my hair cut somewhere else and it will be Never going there again.

Not only was the haircut good but I had a great conversation while getting my hair cut, and the price is really reasonable for Canada. Definitely recommend if you need a haircut in niagara falls.

I booked an appointment online using their appointment tool, show up to have my hair cut at the appointed time only to find out the barber i booked never showed up to work that day...This is after they confirmed my appointment twice by email and message. Get this the barber Errol is the owner. what's the point of booking an appointment if you're noting going to be there to fulfill it???? At least let your staff know, even thy could not tell me if he is coming in or not..... Oh and if you stay to get your hair cut by another barber you have to pay cash as only the owner can use the debit terminal

Found cleanliness to be an issue, baseboards were very dirty. Didn't see any evidence that combs and scissors were disinfected between clients, I did see disinfectant though. My Barber didn't listen to my request very well. Staffs attitude seemed very casual and attention to detail was lacking, i.e., my requests on how I wanted it cut. Oh ya they only take cash, no debit. Staff were nice though. I would not recommend them.
