The girl at reception is very friendly and helpful and the shop is pristine. Do yourself a favour and get your hair/beard done at Zeko's. A friend of mine always got amazing work done at this place and when my barber took maternity leave after I messed up the shaved side of my head trying to buzz it myself during the pandemic. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but subside was phenomenally clean, the staff were all dressed to impressed and (most importantly) did an amazing job with my fade, hard part and design in my hair. Not impressed with these people. I went in to get a stright blade cut I told the guy i wanted to be bald. No hair thats very simple and he didn't know what he was doing nore did he ever do a stright blade cut but they let him do anyways and he didnt even cut my hair proper.

I was a walk in and was not sure if they would have time to get a head shave and goatee trim. They welcomed me in with no issues. I did not have to wait long at all. Maybe 5 to 10 minutes. They did a great job in a reasonable amount of time as it was a split decision for me to drop in the day of my daughters graduation. I will definitely going back as a customer.

I was lucky enough to get a talented, and phenomenal barber named Chantel who cut me up perfectly. She listens and knows what looks good on you. If I could give her more then 5 stars for the quality of hair cut and over all customer service as a barber, I would give her 5x5 stars!! She is good and I highly recommend going to Zeko's and getting your hair cut there. Consider it a bonus if you can get cut by Chantel too.

My partner went in there with long hair, unstyled and unsure of what he really wanted but knew he wanted something low maintenance (doesn't wanna use product). The whole experience was sooooo nice. The vibe of this place is fantastic. They seated him within 10 mins of walking in and he had 3 people around him at one point making sure the hairdresser knew exactly what was going to work for him. There was a woman who came in at the end and style it perfectly. We are travellers and my partners hair needs to be easy to maintain and not in his face. It's been about a week and a half since we had his appointment and after his hair settled and fell more naturally, it looks SOO good!! They did an incredible job - it's so easy to manage, it practically styles itself. I love how much they listened to what he wanted and went above and beyond! Thank you! This place is awesome!

I have been going here for almost 2 years now to get my two sons hair cut never had a issue great service but this weekend was there waiting as both my sons are getting hair cut at the same time and I get asked if I can wait in the car due to to many people inside (Covid rules) Now with younger kids I do have a issue with this so wasn’t happy but stood outside the shop in -25+. I always book to have both my kids cuts for the same time so I don’t have to be there waiting too long. What angered me the most was I was asked to wait out in the car meanwhile there’s two teenagers sitting there after their cuts where done and there mother(ATeacher) is walking up and down preaching about schools opening those people where ok to stay in there but if I could wait in the car ?????? Maybe it was preference that the owner knew her more that me but really bother me leaving my 4yr old there while I’m in the parking lot. On to a different barbershop.

Throughout the 2 years I’ve been going to Zeko, the haircuts I’ve received have been inconsistent. It’s either a hit or miss. Recently, he’s always been distracted and answering phone calls. It’s extremely annoying and disrespectful to the customer. It’s no coincidence when he constantly stops to answer the phone, I receive a poor quality haircut. My last haircut was one of the worst I have gotten in my life. My haircut is pretty basic, but I was in the chair for over 40 minutes the last time because he paid more attention to the phone than on me. It’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I had to book with another barber to fix the mess he made. For me, this was the last straw. Adding to this, he often keeps me waiting for 10-15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. If you’re not going to honour appointment times, why even bother scheduling customers? I’m very disappointed. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place.

But I made an appointment last Friday at 3pm and I was taken in right at my time even though the shop was busy. My barber was Shamoun. Let me just say this man is a true master of his craft. I have never been treated so well he took his time and really did a fantastic job. My girlfriend said that it was the best hair cut and beard trim I've had in five years. Sorry for the long review but I just wanted to say if you're looking for a barbershop you just have to try here and you will not look anywhere else. I can't wait for my hair to grow a bit so I can go back in and I will be asking for Shamoun again 100% . Thank you guys well done!

Service provided is fine. The main issue with this place is they smoke in the back and it travels to the front of the shop. For someone that doesn't smoke, it's highly irritable. If you want to smoke, that's fine, just close the back door. I've been here twice and both times it has happened. I will not be using their services again.

Zeko has been cutting my Hair for about 15 years. With his highly skilled staff I feel comfortable going to any of his barbers if Zeko is booked. Since I wait until last minute to make an appointment sometimes I just get whoever is available. I have gone to 4 of his barbers including Zeko and Gina and they are all fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate trying a new barber there because they all work together and am confident in all of Zeko’s staff! Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

Have been coming here for the last couple of years for my haircuts, pleased every time. It is not easy to cut my hair, as I don't really understand what will look good and often wait too long to get it cut. Every time they have left me very satisfied. I came in for a cut after the last lockdown (I looked like a mop after not having my hair cut for more than half a year) and was not entirely satisfied with the haircut I received but after contacting them they did a great job of helping me get the haircut I wanted. I will be coming here as long as I am local. Would highly recommend, they do a fantastic job, have excellent service and offer good value. I've never left unhappy, despite being a customer who usually does not know what I want.

We just moved to the area and my son needed a back to school shave. The ratings seemed promising. My husband walked in and was told they could definitely fit my son in. They waited for 45 minutes, meanwhile two other customers came in (not sure if they had appointments or not) and had their hair done before my son’s. Not once did the stag communicate how much longer it would be for my son’s turn. They both left without a hair cut. Will not return.

As always an amazing cut, fade and beard trim today with Afrin, zeko and the guys! Today I witnessed an unfortunate event that is a by product of our current covid situation. Due to capacity limits Zeko was forced into a position to request patrons to wait outside. One individual agreed to wait outside since he was not getting his haircut (his two boys were) but you could see the disappointment in his face and body language. Zeko apologized and explained it was simply due the limits and guidelines he has to follow. Zeko attempted to follow up with the patron and apologize for having to ask. This person proceeded to cuss at Zeko and say he will never come back! Zeko handled the situation with class and explained that his hands are tied due to the regulations and should an inspector come by he could be subjected to fines and potential closures…..and didn’t charge the client for his kids haircuts! I was extremely disappointed to witness behaviour like this directed at a small business. These limitations and capacities are nothing new and I was surprised to see someone react this way to a polite request . I can appreciate the patrons disappointment and frustration but his displeasure and angst was directed at the wrong person. I’m sure I’m not alone in being exhausted and frustrated to this new way of life , but we should all take a moment and have some patience towards one another considering these “rules” are beyond our control. I hope the government realizes these situations are brought on directly because of decisions (or lack of) and actions they make. Zeko and the team; I’m sorry you had to endure this and I thank you for the services you provide to me and the community. You can always count on my business!

There are no 10 minute haircuts there. They have modern and classic oldschool haircut styles mastered. Shoutout to their barber, Saied, whom took me in last minute before they were closing shop today and gave me a perfect haircut and shave and it was service with a genuine smile and my haircut alone was 20 minutes long! All the barbers are so professional doesn’t matter who you choose, there presentation is awesome, there uniforms are like a New York style barber shop (whatever that looks like but if there was New York style it would be at Zekos). my last visit , i was not impressed with as the barber cutting my hair had problems understanding me. my hair was cut shorter on my right side along with my beard which was cut down way to far when i said it was good twice. the trimmer was pushed so hard to make a line behind my ear that cut my skin

I've never seen my son smile during a haircut before! Everyone was welcoming and kind, masked and the shop was spotless and sanitized. They were wonderful with my 9 yr old who usually hates getting his hair cut but he was treated with respect and they spoke to him and waited for his answers patiently. And my sons hair looks fantastic!! I am so pleased to have finally found Zekos! See you next time

Zeko's is great hands down best barber shop in Hamilton. My son has had his hair cut by a different barber everytime and they all do phenomenal work. We moved away and still take the drive to concession everytime. My son loves the tunes they play great atmosphere . Highly recommend.

A perfect, sharp cut every time we go - in addition, the haircut and styling is done is such a way that it's perfectly attainable and easy to maintain. Tried a half-dozen different barbershops and this one gives consistent cuts at a great price. Doesn't even matter which barber does the hair, as they are all fantastic.
