This was my first time at this establishment, and not only was it super clean, but it was welcoming, spacious, and great lighting. Atmosphere was just great, you’re treated more as a friend visiting than a client. I went to see Amanda, who has been cutting my hair for the last 5+ years. Reliable and compassionate. She gives a phenomenal haircut, and always takes the extra time to make sure she has everything precise and to my liking. It also helps that she’s engaging and likes to have conversation while she works her magic, helps to make time go by quicker. Highly would recommend this location and to even request Amanda

First things first the location is very nice and modern and has a very cozy atmosphere with friendly staff and the atmosphere comes off as very professional especially for the price you are paying for a haircut. It's located on a major bus route and is very accessible no matter where you are in the city and very easy to drive to. I did have a hard time spotting it at first but just use the Starbucks as a prominent feature to get to the location and you'll be fine! I highly recommend Amanda! She has been cutting my hair and beard for a few years now and always impresses me with her precision, outgoing personality, care and always delivers on the look you're trying to achieve! :)

If your looking for that classic barber shop experience these guys deliver! They offered me services I've never had before from the big franchises and it was all included with my cut for a reasonable price. I can't wait to experience what they have to offer once COVID restrictions are lifted. Looking forward to going back.

11/10 experience! Because of the lockdown I haven’t been able to get a haircut and was really looking forward to getting rid of my messy hair. I booked an appointment on their website and was lucky enough to find Andrew. He was great and super fun to talk to. He took amazing care of me and let me leave with one of my most favourite haircuts ever ???? I highly recommend this barbershop to anyone in the Stoney Creek area on the upper mountain side. Will be coming back regularly for sure.

I'm truly blown away with my haircut tonight, perhaps one of the best I've had in years, even my wife was amazed. Oleevya did an outstanding job, very thorough and detail oriented, efficient but not rushed, the salon was super clean, and covid protocols followed. Even the website booking & confirmation was effortless & flawless. Worthy of 11 stars! I'm definitely coming back!! Edit: After 8 months of coming to Barbers' Mark to get Oleevya to do my haircuts and beard lineup, I had to come back here to do a quick update to my initial review! One word: consistency! I have been here monthly, every time a fantastic experience that exceeds my expectations, great staff! To the guys considering coming here: You work hard, you owe it to yourself to get your haircut here, they raise the bar in the quality and attention to detail here, never rushed, very thorough, well worth the extra money paid.

I’ve been getting my hair cut with Amanda for over 5 years now and have never been disappointed with a hair cut or beard trim yet! Before I found her I was properly using a different barber every time I got my hair cut, I just couldn’t find anyone who cut my hair the way I wanted. So needless to say I would probably follow her to whatever shop she worked at. She’s always super friendly and nice, she’s extremely professional, and makes sure that you receive the hair or beard style you want. Her new location at the barbers mark in Hamilton is so welcoming, nice and easy to access. Everyone working there seems very professional, helpful and just had a positive feeling the moment you step in the door. I would highly recommend anyone to check out this barber shop if they want a high quality haircut or beard trim without breaking the bank.

Like the other two locations, the Barbers’ Mark Hamilton is clean and professional. The barbers provide high quality and consistent haircuts as expected when you go to their locations. This was my first time having my hair cut by Oleevya, she was great! Very detail oriented and I think the haircut looks awesome. The rest of the barbers working at the time looked very skillful as well.

The owner Dennis is top notch! He’s beyond accommodating and goes above and beyond. You can tell he takes a ton of pride in his business and leads by example. He has turned me into a repeat customer. I have been to several other barbers throughout Hamilton and the GTA and hands down this place takes first place. An excellent spot to hangout for an hour while you get a fresh cut! Highly recommend!!
