Updating my review: While I had a bad experience, as a last resort I took my toddler son here before we went on vacation. They were amazing with him. He cried, they sang, and they did a great job with him. We've continued to come back for him even after we moved. Thank you for your patience and efforts in transforming a scared little boy into a brave kid who doesn't mind his hair being cut. Initial Review: Asked for a beard maintenance and slight clean-up, to keep the length but redefine the lines. What I received was months of growth removed. If you like your beard, do not go here.

Listen I know everyone says dude it's just a place to get a hair cut but Rani's is great. All except for the red headed kid that's always late. Then he cut my kids hair and was in such a rush, he missed alot of spots. Other then him, this place has the best barbers in town and Rani is amazing with the cuts!

There isn't any place which has 4.9 Rating with 700+ Reviews except this place!!! Travelled all the way from Brampton to Hamilton and it was a great experience. Randy was great and he gave me a perfect haircut with great fade plus beard trim. Definitely will be ONLY to this place again.

Khalid has been cutting my husband’s hair for years, and he was kind enough to cut my hair when I desperately needed a trim. I didn’t expect a barber to do such an excellent job on my hair but Khalid listened to what I wanted and was able to clean up and style my hair perfectly and he did my eyebrows too! I need my hair trimmed and thinned out every 4 weeks, so I’ll be sure to come back every time to Khalid. All the staff at Rani’s Barber Shop are friendly and welcoming too.

If you are looking for an affordable and outstanding cut, this is the place. We are glad that they accommodated my husband even though he don't have an appointment, and they really make time to serve walk-in customers despite being fully booked for the day. They have enough staff to serve 10 customers at a time. Their shop is clean, well-maintained, customer service and management is excellent. One can really say that their barbers are skilled and confident in doing their job. We are happy with the result and they deserved a tip.

Worst place ever, I went there during the 1st week that this guy opened his shop, me and my dad sat down but he didn’t even bother to look at us at all and his face showed it all that he hates his life for some reason, I would not recommend this guy to anyone at all, I also feel like he is racist because we are black. Since they've made the switch, I've been coming to this shop, and not once have I been disappointed. My son has some issues and has struggled with getting haircuts for many years. I finally have found someone to give him fantastic haircuts every time. Believe me, this is hard to find. Before Rani’s, I tried specialty kids hair cutters, salons, discount cuts, barbers. Rarely a decent cut and always a struggle to sit and comply. I really can’t say enough about Rani’s. It has been life changing for us. One less area in our daily life to cause struggle. Been going to Rani for a few years now and have never had a bad haircut. It’s hard to find a barber you like and I have never been dissatisfied with the service. He takes his time, every time, and I walk out feeling fresh. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new barber!

I have been going to Rani for 2 or 3 years now. I first met Rani when he worked at The Barber Shop at Limeridge Mall, and always loved the way he cut my hair. Although Rani mostly cuts my hair along with my son, all the guys are good. This place is quite busy, so if you want a specific barber you should call and make an appt. Having said that, each time I’ve been there, they do their best to accommodate walk ins. Often getting them in right away. All the staff is friendly, polite and and courteous. They will go out of their way to make sure you get the proper hair cut that you came in for. And quite often giving you suggestions on what might suit you. My son loves going here. All the guys are great with him and try to make him feel comfortable even though he can be a little “fidgety”. All in all a great group of barbers.
