Amazing first time experience. I went to Burlington the first time and it was okay. D cut my hair and he was perfect. His passion for cutting and trimming my hair and beard was definitely something I have never experience anywhere else. I went to the Burlington location two times and I left them a negative review. D cut my hair the first time and I was happy with it. The second time, I was charged more without being told. The business as a whole has rectified this issue. When you book online, you are given your total with tax before you show up. I appreciate that they made this effort. This time, I chose to book with D at this newer location. He's an artist when it comes to cutting men's hair. He's meticulous and exacting. Tiago is a relatively new barber at this location. I was initially worried about his limited experience cutting hair, particularly African-American black curly hair. However, I was very clear with what I wanted and his approach was very genuine and sincere. Less is more, and he always made sure that he got things exactly how I wanted them to be. Total haircut time was about 2 hours, but I left the barbershop with one of the best haircut experiences I've had in a long time. He was very eager to gain more experience, and his approach was nothing short of exceptional. I'm especially impressed with how uniform my remaining hair is, and how clean the cut is overall. Never judge a book by its cover. I took a major gamble today and it paid off. Thank you for the positive experience Thiago, and I hope you continue to get better. For anyone wondering whether or not this place is worth a visit, my opinion is that it is. Everyone there is very professional, it's a large space, everything is clean and tidy, and their approach to clients is a welcoming one.

Pricing is fair, service is excellent. Only issue is parking, there doesn't seem to be much parking in the building. Believe parking is best just down the street at the Country Style/Gas Station.

Absolutely incredible experience. Was my spot of choice for a year, the whole team is incredibly cool, friendly and chill. As well as providing a great haircut. D, Damian, and Brandon were all super nice and were the best barbers I've ever visited. Total gem of a place, highly recommend if you're looking for a great cut and friendly barbers. Unfortunately I just moved so I won't be able to go back too often, but just wanted to give them a shoutout. Might even make an hour drive from Kitchener to go back, just because I loved going there!

Best place to get a haircut in the Hamilton area by far. After jumping around to different barbershops for the past few years, nothing was really to my liking, but after my friend told me about this shop and D, I decided to try it out. I was instantly impressed by the place. Very clean, and a friendly atmosphere. After I got my cut, I was even more impressed. D was more thorough with my cut than any other barber I went to, and he even called me back to the chair after noticing a mistake he made, when he could have easily let me go without fixing it. Overall, very good place, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a really good and thorough cut.

D hooked me up with an amazing cut!! I visited the shop for the first time after another place messed up my hair, but D understood the situation and fixed it magnificently. Highly professional and personable, D's a barber who truly knows his craft. Highly recommend, you won't find a better shop or barber in the city! Also, he only charged my $5 for the cut, cause he didn't want to add insult to injury after another shop messed up my hair.
