First impression as I am new to the area. Called ahead and booked an appointment for 4. Showed up 10 min early and they gave my spot to a walk-in. So they asked me to wait 20 min. Not sure but, as the person with the appointment, shouldn't the walk-in be asked to wait? Still sitting in the waiting area and not super happy. Will update when I see how the rest of the experience goes. Edit: +1 star as haircut was decent and staff were friendly. Expect to pay about 10.00 more than First Choice.

I've been here to get my hair cut but won't be back after what I saw today. I went to the Post office and their truck was parked across TWO disabled parking spots (see picture) while the guy ran inside to pick up his mail. So gross and so disrespectful. The entire parking lot was EMPTY so he could have easily used an empty space. To recap, mediocre haircuts and disrespectful acts in the community, steer clear. His excuse in his response is a lie, I was in the Post Office and she said no such thing, he was coming in as I was going out and I found his truck like this. Not cool man, disabled people need those spots

I decided to get a haircut at this place because of some of the reviews I read saying the hairdresser was good and the price was reasonable. Well, neither! The haircut was done by an unskilled person; I've gotten better haircuts at FirstChoice for less than half the price. I went in expecting to pay $25 or $30 and was charged more than $50 (for a haircut that was not even worth $20…) To pay what I paid at Splitt Ends, I would expect not only a good haircut, but a better ambience—they charge Spa prices for strip mall chain haircuts. Never going back.

I can't put into words the exceptional service and friendly staff. The premise is kept clean and they adhere to social distancing regulations. They charged a fair price for a very superb cut. (30$) My experience pertains to Adish. Amazing stylist.
