I've been going to Luigi's for 4 years now. Many of his patrons are students but faculty from the university as well as many public customers come as well. He has many regulars that have been going to him for 30+ years. The cost is one of the cheapest in Halifax for men ($15) and you'll get great service. It isn't the flashiest place, not the coolest, but the haircut is great and Luigi and his daughter are both great people. Would recommend.

Luigi's has been chopping mops for over 30 years . Their level of expertise, customer service And loyalty is unparalleled . I've been getting my haircut here for 5 years and they never disappoint. Would recommend to anybody looking for a good cut and a great chat!

I’ve been going here all my life and a very good choice. The barbers are great with an amazing seating area. It is very convienent for me while my school isn’t too far away. I get a great haircut every time and would recommend.

I called this place to inquire about getting an appointment, but learned that they do "walk-ins" only, which is fine. My "issue" is surrounding the lack of professionalism and respect I was faced with during this short telephone conversation. I asked her if it would be possible to book an appointment for a haircut. I was then informed that they exclusively do "walk ins", so I asked her; "How many Barbers do they have working?" She then responded by saying; " TEN!, is that enough for you?(with a sarcastic tone of voice)". I then explained that the reason for which I asked the question was so I could get an idea of how long I would have to wait in line for my haircut(I was trying to get an idea of the barber to client ratio). So, then I asked her if she could give me a "Rough Estimate" of how long I would be waiting in line for a haircut, and this is when I realized that she had ended the PHONECALL(she hung up on me!!) As you can imagine, I was pretty upset with this. So I simply phoned a different barbershop and booked myself an appointment. So Luigi's Barbering & Styling gets a BIG FAIL in the customer service Department, as for their barbering skills, I have to say that I probably never will be finding out. The Nerve of SOME PEOPLE!!!!
