Left 15mins after my appointment was supposed to begin. Looked like a nice place, has decent reviews but won't be going back and don't recommend.

The barbers, Ali and Omar, are very friendly and accommodating. Both are skilled barbers especially with fades. I usually call ahead to make appointments and mostly have the service done as scheduled.

Pathetic place. Been here yesterday as I hadn’t got an appointment with my regular barber and needed a haircut ASAP. Paid $23 and hair cut the guy gave was the one I could get at home myself. He was using his machine as if he is shaving a cattle! ????Above all the barber who attend me had the audacity to say he will take care next time. Dude you already shopped off all the hair and you think I will visit again? My advise don’t visit this place there are better barbers in town with the same range.

Ive been there twice. the first time was a good experience. the second time I got a different Barber. He made me wait while he ate. then stopped my hair cut to answer his phone three times....on top of that, the hair cut is terrible. I'd go back for him to fix it but I refuse to even go back.... the most I can do is warn you. if you get the guy who uses the seat on the right. just leave. he didn't give a damn and cut my hair so carelessly. in hindsite I shouldn't have even paid him.

They cut my hair before asking the length I wanted. I didn’t realize they were going to start so fast and cut way too much instantly. It felt rushed, I will not be going there next time I get a haircut. That is my opinion and my experience take it as you wish — why would you offer me a free haircut for 1. You messed up my hair and 2. I told you I don’t want to go back because why would I expect better quality. You don’t deserve your high rating with your unqualified staff. Your customers are not your test patients where you can practice on them while charging them an above average price. At least own up to your quality and lower the price because nobody should be paying you that much to mess up their hair. Yes you do have a nice looking shop but you have old equipment and your staff needs to go back to school to learn how to cut hair.

Very happy with my experience at icutbb. Al gave me a nice trim and fade very quickly, but also with great attention to detail. Al and his brother Ali were very friendly and asked if I had children, and they even gave me treats to bring home for my boys. They were able to get me in as a walk-in, but gave me a heads up that it can get busy, so it’s best to book ahead online. Online booking was very easy. Also solid safety COVID protocols in place. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

To everyone, 99% of the positive reviews are their friends and family. I got scammed by the positive reviews so please don’t ! All barbers there are u professional. I visited this place couple of times and every time I hope I get something good, no luck. They are rude, unprofessional, untrained, no skills, dirty shop, old tools. Ali and Omar are licensed but can’t cut hair for a sheep. Their third brother Mohanad or Mohamad, he goes by (Mo) owns a construction company and cuts hair during his free time. The other day they made him practice on me and guess what! Disaster!!!! During the hair Cut session expect them to answer all calls on the phone and would stop cutting to grab a bite and a smoke. Their hands are always oily and dirty and stinks with smoke. For a non-smoker person like me it is hard to handle that smell plus touching my face and hair.
