I booked my appointment at 4 reached there at 4.10...Did not get my haircut done as I was told I am late..make sense I get that...Booked appointment again couple of weeks later at 12 reached there at 11:50..got my turn at 12.10..now this guy telling me that I need to pay no show fee for the last time which was never advised while booking appointment. And no show? I was there..I could have waited to get my turn later because I was late ..but you asked to book for another day..and this time you were 10 minutes late too it happens .you are refusing haircut because I found it not fair to pay no show fee which I would have paid if I was advised and if I was actually no show... Very disappointing..no customer service skills...rude behaviour.. Instead of admitting your mistake you replied back with false information. No business ethics as well. Good luck Sir.

My husband has gone here for his cuts for a couple of years and he loves it, so he encouraged me to go. I have a hard time finding hairdressers I can trust so I was hesitant but gave it a go anyway. I also loved it! Amber was ready for me, she listened, and gave me exactly what I was looking for (which admittedly, was a simple trim... but it's shocking how many others have taken liberties in the past and cut too much off!). You also can't beat the fact that haircuts are the same price regardless of gender. That is NOT the norm, and is so appreciated. Love this place! As soon as my son is old enough for haircuts, we'll be taking him as well. :)

After waiting for too long I got my first ever BCB cut today. They use resurva which made it easy to secure a spot in my schedule. I have a few friends that faithfully go to Stu so I got a reservation with him. Clean fade with a neck shave and aftershave, good conversation, I'll be back for my next cleanup!

Great relaxing shop to get your hair cut. Prices are a bit more than the other "old school" barber shops in town. BCB is always good for conversation and tunes while you're getting the ole mop chopped. And Amber is all around rad human to have in your company. 10/10 would recommend the crew at Blue!

I’m new to the city, and have been barber shopping around - getting recommendations online and from friends. After a horrible haircut experience, I spent two months growing out my hair and reluctantly booked an appointment after a friend told me about how great blue collar is. I was definitely skeptical, but within the first five minutes my view was changed. Megan was not only insanely attentive to detail, she was upfront, honest, and took control when I told her I didn’t know what I wanted - the result was an awesome haircut. Her and Stu were entertaining and amazingly warm and welcoming throughout the haircut that I wanted to stay and hangout afterwards. I’m very picky when it comes to my hair so trust me, this place is the barbershop to go to!
