Very unpleasant experience today, when my wife walked in to have a cut for my kid. After a fairly long waiting time (both Barbers were busy with clients), one of the barbers finished with her client and then continued to stand beside the dirty, full of hair stand, checking something on her cellphone for the next 10 minutes without putting any attention to the kid waiting for her. When the second barber finally lost her patience and asked her, if she is going to accept the young client, the barber said, that she is ordering her supper... (standing by the dirty stand). No doubt, the lady needs her supper after the long workday, but the service she provides appears below 0, actually it was really disgusting.

I've only ever had my hair cut by Andrew in the time I've gone here, and his work is fantastic. Everyone I see that walks out has a great haircut. Staff are super chill, they sell great hair product, and I always love my haircut. Not much more you can ask for.

I did my hair cut 31 of December,came home and have seen how terrible it was done. Next year will come to fix it,or get refund.

I brought two boys here for a cut two days ago. One turned out great, the other needs to be fixed. He asked for a buzz cut and the lady said it would be to short, so she did her own thing. Now it looks awful.

Had my son get his hair cut yesterday and, right from the beginning the hairdresser was very impatient and rude about having to work on a child. She did not listen to how I wanted to have his hair. I asked for his hair to not be too short but to be out of his eyes (I even provided a picture of what I wanted) and she started to cut quite short so I had to tell her again that that's not what I wanted. Now, looking at him, I regret going here because his bangs are on a pretty big slant and it looks like he has a bowl cut.
