Needed a haircut and cigars for my wedding. The hair cut was terrible and parking was rather difficult. It is a good place for cigars but I cannot recommend getting a hair cut here.

Great place to get a haircut & do a bit of cigar shopping! Their friendly staff greeted me when I arrived (my first time) and directed me to the barbershop section (basement - cash only). There was so much attention to detail as well for my haircut - really felt as though I was getting a premium haircut. They also have a great cigar selection, and are very knowledgeable about what they offer. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

A very neat little shop. Both times I've come into here one of the owners was sitting at the desk happy to have a chat. Very knowledgeable guys about their products and eager to show you around the place if it is your first visit. The cigar selection is fairly large, especially with the walk in humidor. They also have selections of straight razors, beard oils, beard waxes, sprays, etc. Upon going downstairs it is like going into a whole different business as that is where they run their barber shop. Overall a cute little business that definitely aces customer service.

The barbershop downstairs is just as unique as the experience you'll have upstairs. Fantastic staff that know what they're doing. You will always walk out feeling more confident in yourself. A few years ago my friend went to buy me a cigar for my birthday. They said the gentleman was super helpful in helping chose a cigar as a gift. My friend new nothing about cigars but with the help of the store keeper they were able to pick out an awesome cigar. That was 3 years ago, today I went in and brought in my personal cigar box that I bought second hand that came with an assortment of cigars. The shop keeper took their time to look through my box and gave me insight on them such as quality, county of origin and flavour. I then asked for help picking out some cigars and the shop keeper took me around the entire store pointing out recommendations that were within my budget. Super helpful and friendly, took their time to explain and help. I'm very glad to have this local shop right around the corner. I will definitely be shopping here again.

When you first walk in, the smell is amazing followed by the look and feel of an old style store with the old plank flooring, downstairs is the barber shop which is cozy and comfortable and keeps the old vibe in tact with upstairs. It's a very small location, and it's definitely an odd combo for a store. The barbershop portion is located in the basement of the store, while the cigar portion is as soon as you enter. I cannot comment on the cigars as I don't smoke, however I received a very great haircut. A strike against the place is that I don't think you can just walk in and get a haircut, an appointment must be made in advanced. Otherwise, I was happy with the store.

Very, very cool cigar shop with great selection of traditional shaving gear. Barbershop in the basement has a great atmosphere with records playing and full barber service available. Only negative is its $30 for a cut which is around $10 more than most other places in Guelph. The barbers there do a good cut, but maybe not worth $30 by comparison to other places.

They also have a barbershop which looks quite nice. *UPDATE* I recently tried out the barbershop for the first time and booked via the online process (very clean and nice as you can see what barbers are working and the available times). I booked and appointment with Char. The barbershop is below the the cigar retail store and it has a great ambiance much like the retail store. There were only two barbers working due to the pandemic and everyone was wearing masks and the barbers were wearing gloves. Char was very friendly, I explained the type of hairstyle I liked and offered some suggestions on what she could do. We chatted throughout the haircut (she is super easy to talk to and very nice). My hair looked great there were no stray hairs she was very diligent when cutting my hair. She also trimmed my beard which was great since I find it tough to cut with the use of two mirrors. Overall I would highly recommend coming here and getting your hair/bear cut with Char.

At first glance this shop seems wonderful. Very nice selection, interesting environment and an array of accessories. I’ve personally spent over 400$ there. However, it has been a number of times now where I’ve purchased a premium cigar that was dry to the point of unsmokable. The first experience was 3x Montecristo 2 ... a $50 stick. A Monte... anyways. This was brought to the attention of the cashier and we were not offered anything to rectify the matter. We continued to purchase something different reluctantly. Leading to 2x Undercrown Sungrown. These cigars were ALSO dry to the point of unsmokable. Completely cracked before the first third, extremely tight draw and every other aspect you can imagine from a poorly managed humidor. Over 300$ wasted. Do not purchase here unless you’re willing to risk your money.

I don't have any experience with the barber shop side of this place but for cigars I can't say enough good things about this place. I made a stop here when I was in Guelph for the day last month. The second my friend and I walked in, we were greeted and welcomed right away by the friendly staff. We were able to browse freely through the shop without being bothered and one of the guys working there was super helpful when asking for recommendations. He showed us many cigars in our price range and asked us questions so he could make a more accurate recommendation. You could tell he had a passion for cigars and loves sharing that with others. If I'm back in the area, I'll definitely be making another stop here again.

Nice store with plenty of accessories for cigar smokers. A nice patio for enjoying a smoke outdoors. The barber shop in the basement has a good atmosphere and you can get a shave to go with your haircut. Prices and selection for cigars is average. Prices for accessories is on the high side but if you need something for your cigar collection they probably have it available.

Fantastic shop! Whether you’re looking to buy a cigar or pipe, gentlemen’s grooming products or just get a simple hair cut, the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and eager to help you however they can. Probably the coolest looking cigar shop I've walked into! Saying that the selection of cigars and accessories matched up. Great selection of quality cigars from different price points. Sean was very eager to answer all my rookie cigar questions. Didn't make me feel like a newbie at all. The only problem I had is Sean let me spend too much money. Ill be back for sure and I live an hour and a half away. Great experience!

Love coming to this location, the staff upstairs is great, always good for a laugh! Get my hair cut here as well, always go to Steph, cuts are always on point, she is always friendly and makes sure to make some jokes as well. I always leave with a smile. Best place ever!

A unique shop to get a fine cigar. Knowledgeavle staff willl guide you through the finer points of the cigar experiencd. The barbershop has such a fine hot towel shave thar you will feel like a million bucks. After my shave I felt so great iI was asking iwhere I could buy a top hat to compliment the experience!
