I originally gave this a rating of one star because my fiancé had a poor first experience getting his haircut and shave here. But the owner, Andrew reached out to us to give them a second chance and we glad we did. My fiancé had a good second experience! Andrew was meticulous and had excellent attention to detail and was able to fix the haircut. We were also given a refund. My fiancé felt good about his haircut and was confident. He hopes he can return to see Andrew again :)

I got my hair cut at 9am on February 20th by Akar. I am still new to getting actual hair cuts (always used to just buzz cut). This man was polite and patient, explained everything to me and really put in his best work. I only went to the guelph one because elora was full. But boy am I glad I did. I think I have found my barber. Thank you Akar

I just moved from Parkdale in Toronto to Guelph back in October 2021 and I couldn't be happier to find this barbershop in my area! They're fast, efficient and your beard and hair leave looking immaculate. There are a lot of good barbershops in downtown Toronto and this one ranks right up there with the best of them! Keep it up folks, will definitely be my new go-to barber!

Was my first time going to G&K. Decided to go there as a change and also because they are open on Saturday, which helped accomodate my busy work week. Receptionist was welcoming, friendly and responsible. She made sure to keep the barber's work area clear of hair, ensuring cleanliness. Shayan Khan was my barber. He was professional, understanding, skilled and timely. Personally, I am not one for lots of small talk and he managed that perfectly without me having to say anything about it. I showed him a couple of pics of how I "usually" get my hair cut but ultimately let him have free reign over the cut. Needless to say, I was impressed and extremely satisfied with the quality of the job done. Will definitely be going back for my next Cut! Thank you Gents & Kings!

Went here for my monthly haircut as I thought I would give it a shot since it is a new barbershop and I enjoy helping local businesses. I was disappointed to find out the quality of the haircut was very poor, and the attitude of the barber was very unprofessional. I managed to get an appointment at Ashby Grove which is not too far away thank goodness to have the mistake fixed. While there I found out that the owner of this establishment Andrew is a previous employee who was fired/ walked out of this place and is unlicensed. Extremely disappointed & do not recommend !

The atmosphere is nothing short of amazing as well their chairs are very comfortable. A very organized shop and the barbers definitely know what they're doing. Going here is worth every dollar.

My experience was great, I came in desperately needing a shave/trim and haircut. I was offered a refreshing beverage (Woodford). I tried a new style and loved it. The only thing that could have topped it for me was a refreshing IPA....but no complaints from me. I will be back.
