I met Elinora and she immediately made me feel comfortable and worked me through the process of lightening my hair. She has been great to work with and has always had my best interests and my hair quality in mind throughout the whole process. She has been very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to correct and make my hair the beet it has been in a long time! The other stylists are always friendly and welcoming when I am in there! My daughter, who is 4, just had her first cut. And Elinora was AMAZING! My daughter had LONG, curly, heavy hair and Elinora did her hair so quickly and with such ease it totally calmed my nerves. Went to Statix for a balayage on long dark hair. I explained to Rillie what I wanted, she wanted to see pictures and analyzed them thoroughly prior to starting her work. She paid so much attention to details, asking me questions all the way through the process. This was my best hairstylist experience ever. The result was even better than I expected.
