We got in right away. They cut my sons hair evenly and straight. They were very friendly. I had a 'free cut' coupon that I used and they gave me another coupon for $5 the next cut and a punch card for another free cut after so many. Good for mom but most importantly my son liked his cut and was very happy.

4th time I was there. 1st 2 times were awesome, those gals were hilarious and gave awesome hair cuts. Last time was boring as hell and she even apologized for the robe brushing the skin on my leg. You're new to this right?? Today "40" minute wait was 70 minutes and we seen 2 girls doing hair cuts, 40 minutes they only finished one, and somehow scratched my friend's name off the list as we were walking out the door to cancel. 3 girls standing around the til helping with 1 transaction. Boring, it's providing an elevated service, hire confident personalities and build. I will not be back and you really gotta get back in the game here and build your new business, it's sports theme after all. Great Clips, 2 minute wait with online App, even with packed seating, do yourself a favour - go there instead.

Told about an hour wait. Was there for a hour and a half. Was ganna be my turn next but someone showed up an our late for there hair cut at that time. The lady told him that she tried calling him and everything. Then instantly brought him to the back. It is his fault he was late. He should have to wait like the rest of us. Im sure there hair cuts are great but that is ridiculous.

This is my new favorite place for a trim. I come here with my 5 year old who absolutely loves the hot towel, shampoo and massage chairs. Staff if amazing and friendly. And more importantly, they do a good job cutting hair. Prices are a bit high especially for a preteen but well worth the experience.

Just sat for over an hour while 4 staff stood around for 15 minutes. When I finally went up and had enough time waiting, I noticed they had already crossed my name off the list without even calling my name. Didn't seem to care much about being prompt for their customers, and you would think with the theme of sports their performances wouldn't drag so long like a dead horse.

My son got his haircut there yesterday and it was terrible. It looked like they put a bowl on his head, angled it then cut his hair. Have to go to another place to get it fixed. Seems like some of the girls could use more training before cutting someone's hair.

Great place! Been 6 times and every time was a good experience. I always get gel before I leave, and when I got home one time I noticed a spot didn't get done exactly how I wanted. I went back in and they fixed it no questions asked. I even had the owner apologize and give me a coupon for a free cut! I will always be going here.

Cheap cuts and they use to be real.good.. but now with the virus and the online check ins this place is a joke.. waited 3 hours for my sons hair cut and they still wanted me to wait longer.. I made an appt and waited outside for 120min and they said sorry you still have to wait longer now..this was after I was told the wait time was120 Missouri 3 hours later no hair cut and will never go back there now

Did not enjoy this place! They’re system of booking walk-ins isn’t the best. We put our name down on the list and everyone above us was crossed off, it looked as if we were next in line. The lady did not tell us that we were going to wait 40 minutes but we waited for about 25 mins, then two more gentlemen came in and got in before us. Definitely would not recommend coming here. Sorry!!

Get both mine and my 5 year old son’s haircut here regularly. We both like it. He loves getting the hot cloth on his face while getting his hair washed. He won’t go anywhere else!! They are very good with him, we get our haircut at the same time. I don’t have to sit with him or anything. It’s a good place for him and I to go because we both enjoy it and it’s quick without him having to sit long because we both can get our haircut at the same time ( he is very particular with his hair).

One of my buddies recommended coming here. First time haircut, and it was above expectations. Once your haircut is done they take you to these massager chairs, put a hot towel over your face and massage and rinse your head, really relaxing. 100% would recommend to anyone.

Was told there would be approx a 45 minute wait (I know these are very loose educated guesses). I was there for an hour and a half. People were coming in asking how long the waits are and then putting their names in, and getting in before everyone else it was a mess. I seen about 7-8 people in the hour and a half I was there get their haircut. When I left there were 7 more people in front of me, which meant when I asked how long and she said 45 minutes there would have been approx 14-15 people in front of me. Putting your name on a list and calling them out in order is a very simple process, yet it seems to be completely lost on your front end staff. I recommend training your front end staff on the basics of your business. Regardless, I'll never be back.
