I have never had such a detail oriented hair appointed. Reanna was amazing. Not only did she give me a fabulous cut, but she took time to learn about my hair, what I was looking for, how I typically styled it, what hair tools I was familiar with an so much more. The end result was not just a great cut and style, but one that is so easy for me to maintain and suits my lifestyle perfectly!

Always fun to come here! Staff are very friendly and easy to talk to (especially Christina ????). You are offered a hot tea or coffee as soon as you walk in the door. I look forward to the scalp massages and the hot rocks. Will be coming back for sure!

So I am in a cast and can't do my hair right now. So I went and asked for a wash and breads to be put in. The hole time I never felt her pull my hair even once. In less than 24 hours half my hair was falling out. I went back told her what I wanted and she argued with me. I asked her to redo all of it more than once she never answerd me. She only fixed half of them. Now the next day the other half is falling out. What I am upset about is: all of this costed me over $170, and in 72 hours I have had to go back more than once to have them fixed and she argued with me about what I wanted. Is this the service we can expect now.

Absolutely fabulous!! Never had a better hair experience before. Hot stones and head massage while you get your hair washed. Top of the line products. Absolutely amazing staff (especially Kristina). And my hair was styled with a "steam pod straightener" which was a first for me. Unharmful to the hair and super quick to style. Immensely impressed!!!

Had the worst dye job, I’ve ever received. Instead of white blonde highlights and dark ash blonde low lights, I have orange chunky highlights. It looks like I purchased a highlight kit from the drug store, and did an amateur job on myself. I was only charged for my hair cut, which the front wasn’t even touched. So I have dead ends all around my face and on the sides. Worst $60.00 I’ve ever spent. At this point I’m so embarrassed by how horrendous my hair looks. I’ll be wearing a ball cap until I can get the color corrected, and a professional cut. Shameful!

I was very excited to come to the salon and see kristina,who was highly recommended on a FB page for blonde. I came in with a bayalage look ( chestnut on top fadingn down to platinum blond) it only been three months since I got it done still looked beautiful as my natural color is chestnut brown. I asked for a few PLATINUM BLONDE highlights to be added near my face to break up the brown(I was charged $150!!!! Apparently 4 bottles were used when that's what my old hair dresser used on my ENTIRE HEAD), a very small patch of grey to be covered and some purple peek a boos. So now. My hair has ZERO PLATINUM BLONDE it's all an ashy brown/blonde except the top is still dark brown. They grey isn't covered at all. (She decided without asking me, to cover my entire head with a brown glaze or something instead of fixing the spot, which is all I wanted done and then CHARGED ME $40 FOR A FULL BOTTLE) This brown must have leaked into my platinum blonde because it is now gone and the toner I asked to be used on its own she decided to mix with another color to grab browns (as I'm sure she knew this would happen) I asked for a $30 hair treatment and while doing it she walked over to he wall squirted something in her hand and said I'm going to put this on your ends too. I had no choice I didn't even get to ask what it was and my hair treatment ended up costing me $70!!!!! I told her how shocked I was at the price as I know she didn't use that much product and she said my hair would brighten up after a few uses of my purple shampoo. Well it's been 2 weeks and my hair is garbage!!!!! I asked to speak to a manager about it and she said she charged me for what she used and for her time and that was that. I would love for a manager to contact me to fix my hair. I am extremely unsatisfied with the look she left me with and the price tag.

She listened to what I wanted and really hit the nail on the head so to speak with my new colour and cut!!!! My hair feels amazingly soft and my split ends are way less noticeable already!!!!!
