After trialing numerous salons (my hair dresser of 4 years moved to BC) I finally found Chelsea!!! I spent the better part of a year not sleeping, having an itchy scalp, and at one point actually cutting my hand tied weft extensions out from discomfort. I have seen her twice now and the service is above and beyond. She listened to my concerns, ensured the integrity of my hair, and gave me back beautiful luscious locks - without any discomfort. They are kind, honest, and made me feel incredibly welcomed in their space. If you've been on the fence about extensions, book a consult with Chelsea or her team, you will not be disappointed!!

These women are fantastic!!! Came in to get a scalp treatment, having had a bad experience with well water, and they completely fixed me up! They even followed the treatment with a complimentary toner, as the treatment dulled my hair a bit. I simply cannot say enough good things about these Ladies! Mickey transformed my muddy red/brown into a stunning creamy blonde. I was concerned it would never be the same again after bleaching, but I couldn't stand the colour. Mickey was so gentle on my previously bleached hair and got the colour PERFECT. It's still totally healthy and bright!! 5 stars for Mickey.

I went in to see Chelsea to get an extension removal (I got the extensions done elsewhere) and my situation was a bit of an emergency. She rushed me into her schedule and when she was a little backed up, Megan stepped in to start removing them till she could work on me. They're an amazing team and did a beautiful job removing them as painlessly as possible! Chelsea freshened me up with a beautiful cut & tone too and turned a bad experience into a wonderful one. I loved the whole atmosphere of the shop as well, everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the team strength was very evident. I'm super excited to continue going back!

I usually do not even ask for a colour - she just knows what I like or what works with my hair. The shop looks amazing with the renovations and it is sparkly clean which is more important now than ever. Chelsea is such a gifted stylist. She wants to provide her clients with the highest quality hair for the lowest cost. In an effort to do so Chelsea created her own extension line Bodaya Gold!! This hair is UNREAL!!! I have worn extensions for the last 10 years. Bodaya Gold is not only beautiful but incredibly soft and holds up so well. I’m on my 9th month with Bodaya Gold and they are still soft and have pretty much perfect. When I heard that most hair extensions are being manufactured in China by woman in slave camps I texted Chelsea and was reassured that the hair comes from Europe. I definitely would recommend Bodaya Gold!!!

I had a hair extension consult, which took over a week to get-in for 10-minutes, and was told that I needed to grow my hair another 4-inches before I could get extensions from their stylist. I went for a second opinion with a hair salon in the mall. I had a same day consult and beautiful extensions within 2-days of my consult. Thank you for your response. I would like to add the stylist used the term "mullet" to describe the look of my hair following the extensions. I would love to share before and after pictures. The extensions that I had put-in blend beautifully with my own hair. Very natural looking.

If I could give a 0 I would. I came in and the staff were busy which i understand. But i waited 15-20 and i still wasnt acknowledged. EVEN THOUGH one of the staff was sitting down waiting for her clients hair to take the colour. I could have been acknowledged. It's not hard to say hi and give me a wait time. I just wanted a hair trim. Unreasonable.
