Je suis allé couper mes cheveux ailleurs faute de place chez vous en revenant de mon week end et ils ont ruiné mes cheveux ????. Alors mon expérience a été des plus mauvaise et tout ça à cause d une jeune réceptionniste non attentionnée qui nous fait même pas sentir à l aise de venir chez vous. Les 3 fois que je lui ai parlé on aurait dit qu on la dérangeais à chaque fois, juste trop pressé. Elle ne fait pas le petit plus qui fait que les gens se sente bien d être venu chez vous. Et me laisser partir ainsi sans même essayer de trouver une solution de rechange, sachant que j ai un jeune bébé et que c’était mon anniversaire me laisse très indifférente. C était quand même pas ma faute. Oui des erreurs ça arrive mais la façon qu elle a géré ça c’était vraiment non digne du studio 157. Sur ce, bonne journée.

So I decided to give in and bought ONE product (to please him and to be able to leave). Unfortunately, this purchase was not enough. She kept trying to sell me the other products, it was endless. I once again gave in to the pressure and decided to buy a second product. Again, it was not enough. I felt very uncomfortable with the situation and I gave in again; I bought 6 products thinking that this way, I could FINALLY leave and pay. Back home and after a facial that cost me over $ 600, I felt very uncomfortable having given in to this pressure sale. The next day, I called Studio 157 to find out if it was possible for me to return the products purchased, because I was really uncomfortable with the situation and the pressure experienced. Fortunately, I was able to return all the products and be reimbursed, but I clearly understood that this did not bother the lady who proceeded to reimburse me. It may be a good idea in the future to avoid pressure selling, when a person does not want to buy products to tell him that it is his choice. Thanks to this unfortunate event, Studio 157 has just lost a client, because I have no intention of going back. A treatment which, at the start should be restful, was completely ruined by this horrible pressure sale. J'ai pris rendez-vous pour un facial, mon soin en entier s'est très bien déroulé. Mon esthéticienne était attentionnée et a bien pris soin de ma peau. Tout s'est gâché lors du paiement du soin. Avant de pouvoir quitter et procéder au paiement, elle m'a « parler » de plusieurs produits qui seraient bénéfiques pour ma peau. Il y a avait 8 produits sur la table et elle m'a expliqué les bienfaits de chaque produits. Honnêtement, je ne doute pas la qualité des produits présentés, mais est-ce vraiment nécessaire d'avoir en sa possession un nettoyant au coût de 110$. Je ne souhaitais pas particulièrement acheter des produits, mais j'ai senti une pression énorme de sa part. J'ai réalisé que je ne pourrai jamais partir si je n'achetais pas de produits. J'ai donc décidé de céder et j'ai acheté UN seul produit (pour lui faire plaisir et pour pouvoir quitter). Malheureusement, cet achat n'était pas suffisant. Elle a continué à essayer de me vendre les autres produits, c'était sans fin. J'ai encore une fois cédé à la pression et j'ai décidé d'acheter un second produit. Encore une fois, ce n'était pas suffisant. Je me sentais très mal à l'aise de la situation et j'ai cédé de nouveau ; j'ai acheté 6 produits en me disant que de cette manière, je pourrais FINALEMENT quitter et payer. De retour à la maison et après un soin du visage qui m'a coûté plus de 600$, je me sentais très mal à l'aise d'avoir cédé à cette vente à pression. Le lendemain, j'ai téléphoné au Studio 157 pour savoir s'il était possible pour moi de retourner les produits achetés, car je n'étais vraiment pas à l'aise avec la situation et la pression vécue. Heureusement, j'ai pu retourner tous les produits et me faire rembourser, mais j'ai clairement compris que cela ne fessait pas l'affaire de la dame qui a procéder à mon remboursement. Il serait peut-être bon à l'avenir d'éviter la vente à pression, lorsqu'une personne ne souhaite pas acheter de produits de lui dire que c'est son choix. Grâce à cet événement malheureux, le Studio 157 vient de perdre une cliente, car je n'ai aucunement l'intention d'y retourner. Un soin qui, au départ devrait être reposant, a été complètement gâché par cette horrible vente à pression.
