Card machine broken but no sign was posted. Barber did not listen to instructions and instead forced their "Cut of the day" on me. I did not realize until the end as I can't get haircut with my glasses on. I ended up paying 3$ more because of the unexpected ATM fees. Would not recommend to anyone.

I asked the price ahead of time for ''the faded haircut'', Mike (owner) told me 18$, but his hairstylist tried to charged me more afterwards because apparently it was more time consuming and extra work for him. I told him that the owner said 18$ before I sat down, after disputing with him and complaining to the owner who took his side, they eventually agreed that I would only paid the 18$, for this time only. This is the second time I get screwed with the prices in two different hair salons in Gatineau when it comes to the faded haircuts with a hidden cost.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Had the worse hair cut of my life here tonight. Get into the place ask for a fade 1 to 1 1/2 to 2 on the sides. I specifically tell him and show this guy how I want the fade. Looked like he understood. Then asks me if I want a defined line which is the style now and I say yes. Mean while the owner is sitting right beside me in a chair reading a paper. The barber proceeds to take the clipper and shaved the WHOLE SIDE OF MY HEAD with a 1 1/2 ! I lost it! I didn’t know if I should get up and walk out cause I wanted to ! So I ask the barber what number are you using? He says 1 1/2. I then tell him “ did you not hear me tell you I want a fade ?? He says no you asked for a line. I mean what the hell! Then the owner has the balls to get in my face and say “ you didn’t ask for that! Incredibly rude. I told the barber to clean me up. I was done. The owner gets back In my face again. I told him to get out my face cause I was gonna loose it. No apology, no discount. No sorry we miss understood. I paid and got out as soon as I could. This is why I go to stylists and not to barbers. Way to ruine my long wknd MIKE ! Won’t be back here again ! EVER !
