The central downtown location for this salon couldn't be any better , large open parking lot and nice accessible entrance . The salon is large clean and bright with many employees buzzing about generally ignoring your presence . I recommend an appointment if you want any kind of service or you can sit like a log and wait for the staff to finish smoking before you are acknowledged .

I called to book an appt a day ahead not realizing there were two locations in town as I had just moved home after being away 15 years. I was on time for my apt however at the wrong location (2 minutes away) The receptionist phoned uptown to confirm I was booked for 12:30; and simply at the wrong location. This was indeed the case however I was than advised they didn’t have time for me. I drove by the proper location at 12:33. I would have been 3 minutes late. I took my lunch break to commit to the haircut. Having minimal hair the process may have taken 15 minutes total. I was aggravated by the lack of understanding and the poor display of customer service. Growing up in Fredericton, “Headmasters” was the only place I knew to go for 10+ years. This experience leaves a sour taste in my mouth and as a result headmasters will never see money from my bank account ever again. Luckily right around the corner on prospect street is a barber called “second to none” they were able to take me in on a walk In, and did a great job while displaying a great atmosphere
