I got a simple haircut a couple weeks back. Always saw haircuts as a chore honestly. These guys made it something MUCH better. Wonderful experience. They were gentle, THOROUGH, and very nice. I took the afternoon off to get my haircut that day, and I went back into work right after to show off my awesome new haircut. You know someone is skilled at their profession when they make something that feels like a chore into something you look forward to.

Each has their own style, but overall, you will have a fantastic experience. The free shampoo is awesome and sets the tone. I'd highly recommend Good Look to anyone, especially men with facial hair. So I decided to try this place out. What a mistake. I needed a hair cut, and beard trim. I was VERY CLEAR, on the direction for my beard. I made the mistake of trusting the barber. He had me lean my head back, to trim my beard. Closed my eyes to relax for a bit, until he was done. And my beard was ruined. 3 months of growth, gone. Brought it up jaw, didn't even ask for that, wouldn't have. And it's crooked. AND, the the area I was specific about, on being LEFT ALONE, was also ruined. Aside from that, the hair cut was fine, aside from the Vulcan bangs. I did leave a good tip, knowing I would never go back. I personally, would not recommend.

I had tried most barbershops in town but it wasn't until I went to B Diamond that I found my go-to. The customer service from Feras was friendly and kind. The overall experience was professional and accommodating. Most importantly, the haircut itself showed more attention to detail, patience, and judgment than I had received in a while. I did not feel like I was being rushed out or that the haircut was secondary to the brand. Moreover, the price was competitive (better than others) and clearly stated. I'm not sure if the brand is as well-known, but the haircut certainly leads the pack in my experience. Very pleasant, skilled and professional.

Happened to be passing by and badly in need of a haircut. Usually, I'm cautious of getting a haircut someplace new, as cutting my hair can be particularly difficult for someone not used to dealing with dry, curly hair. However, the reviews were very positive so I decided to give it a go. I was not disappointed! The barber was able to carve up my hair exactly as I wanted (despite my admittedly not great description). That's not all though! Thanks to my strange hair, if the barber is not careful, usually a haircut will go awry after either 1) washing my hair or 2) some time passes as it continues growing and any potential unevenness in the haircut is exaggerated. 1) was tested on-site; they offer free hair washes after the cut, and the cut was still good! I am posting this review about a week after visiting, and I can tell you that number 2) is a pass as well. This is the first barber in Fredericton I've had such a great success with, so I'll certainly be back in the future.

I came to the place at 10am without an appointment and was received at once (which is very good during these days). The barber was very accurate and attentive to details. I have a kind of "England style" haircut, and it has been a big problem for me to get it done properly since I immigrated to Canada. But this men did it exacly as I wanted, like a 100%. Felt pampered and indulged and I'm very pleased with how I looked coming out.
