I live out in the county. Made an appointment for 4 o'clock for a 45 minute window. Took me longer than usual to make it into town. Ended up driving 50 minutes to get there. (They give good haircuts so I didnt mind driving just for that) I arrived at the door at 4:12 stood out front for 2 minutes as it looked like I had been seen. Called at 4:14 to say I was out front. I was informed that they had a ten minute window that had passed so it was impossible to see me and that i was free to try to make an appointment a week or so later. I said it it was a 4 minute difference and was told that actuslly it was a 5 to 7 minute window and so I would not be let inside. I understand the need for rules, but I dont think the drive is worth it anymore. Driving almost 2 hours round trip out of customer loyalty and getting turned down didnt feel good. Wont be back.

Great place! In non-pandemic times people of age can enjoy an adult beverage and those that are bearded can get that cleaned up as well. Cooper gave my son and I a haircut today and both are great. I've had 2 stellar haircuts since I have been back in Bellingham (~6 yrs) and Cooper has done both of them. Great place with old school barbershop feel and good barbers throughout the shop!! I highly recommend this place!
