I've had two haircuts so far and both experiences have been nothing short of amazing. The employees are all very professional and welcoming and the haircuts have been great both times. Not to mention no lines and a drink while your stylist prepares. As a rule I'm quite a low spender, which is why I always got my haircut at great clips before. However with the free neck and ear trims I am able to cut the amount of haircuts I get in half which actually made this a wash in price. No reason not to try them out.

That is a huge thing for me. I will always support small family business over big chain any day. Hair cut was uncomfortable and bad, continously saying scripted things and conversational topics that you could hear the person right beside you being asked also. If you enjoy a very nicely decorated establishment with beverages where you can socialize and meet others great people of NWA, hair wash, shoeshine, great products discount and super friendly staffs/owner (just with very mediocre haircut), then this is the PERFECT place for you :) After years of membership this was my last straw. In years, I have tried to overlook the skill of barbers at Gents Place; only one was able to actually understand a slight sense of Style. But every time she's not there then I have to go with alternatives, which unsurprisingly , everyone was just bad. All of the barbers seem to not have the style or eyes in haircut?? When the packages include "Expert Consulting"... excuse me? EVERYTIME, when I cut with someone else I would specifically tell them what i want, but every time they would cut my hair way too short, even when i specifically explain how I want it to be and what length... just buzz cut all around, and not even leave the top long???? For instance, my haircut yesterday was easily THE worst haircut I have ever had... even the way they hold the razor makes you question their skills and confidence in themselves even. Also don't even get me started with other services like the nails... Gents Place's pedicure was THE worst. She struggle to even do anything, and kept checking the clock to rush me out. Also, the time punctuality is bad, where i lost time for my session and had to narrow down my session (which was initially to be 35-45min) down to just merely 20 min. At the beginning, I was very excited and highly pleased with the service I got. But years have passed and not even close to what it initially was... now, as simply as I can put it, basically just "SUPERCUTS with perks". To a point where i start questioning about the skills or the ability in advising on styles for clients; when a lot of them could barely hold onto their razor and most of the clients haircut look very much the same; basic. Wish yall the best in your future endeavors!

The Gents Place was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. They offered me a drink of my choice but I arrived. I enjoyed the drink while I waited for my appointment. Stylist asked what I wanted and referred to notes about previous visits. She understood what I asked and asked clarifying questions based on the notes. I am very pleased with the haircut. At the end she gave a hair wash and head massage with towels on my face. She also threw in a bit of facial cleansing and beard treatment.

My husband went for the first time and had an awesome cut and service. We decided he would sign up for the membership and ever since that first visit he has only had 1 other good cut. He has had several different people cut his hair but I’m convinced they need more training. I don’t know if they are licensed cosmetologists and not licensed barbers??? Either way, for a place as nice as this, I expect more. To work in a barber shop, you gotta know how to do a proper fade. I don’t want to have to fix my husbands cut every time he comes home.

I love this place. I was going for a while but stopped for a few months and came back and it was just as awesome as I left it. The staff are super friendly, the cuts are perfect, and the experience is top notch. Leslie is my person I always go to and she always has it right. Like i said I stopped going for a few months and then came back and she remembered who i was and exactly how I got my hair done, so they’re personable there and that’s refreshing. I know there’s some people saying it’s pricey but just know, you’re not paying for just the cut. You’re paying for the experience that comes with it, so it’s understandable.

The Gents Place in Bentonville is absolutely the greatest experience I’ve ever had regarding a stylist or atmosphere of the sort.
