They have a horrible schedule but great stylists. I've only been here once or twice but I always leave feeling happy and refreshed. I'm very picky about my hair so the fact that they get it right and are patient enough to deal with me makes it worth the trip. I highly suggest going here.

It really was a bad experience. I should've walked out when I had a bad feeling about the stylist. Haircut was messed up and going to have to go to someone else to fix the mess. Left weird part of my hair longer than the rest. When she took off the sheet she had on me she didn't blow dry the hair off. Just pulled it off and hair got all over me. Glad I had a mask on because I didn't make a happy face. Imo just get very simple haircuts there. A fade is just about all they seem comfortable with

I got my hair cut by Jax at the Phoenix location. If I could give 0 stars and still give the review, I would. Not only did she not line my beard up like I asked her, and I got charged for it, she put the 5 dollars they charge to do beards on as a tip instead of charging me regularly for it so she can pocket the 5 for "doing" my beard, which she didn't even do. She literally spent less than 10 seconds, LITERALLY less than 10 seconds, on my beard. The line was not just uneven, but the thickness on the sides was COMPLETELY off from one another on each side of my face. The hair cut was done fairly well, but she acted like I was wasting her time when I asked her to cut the top shorter. I didn't have my glasses with me, so I couldn't really see much of the unevenness until I got home. I tipped her $5 not knowing she charged me for a beard trim that didn't even happen. She STOLE the money from Sport Clips for the $5 that was suppose to be for my beard. How I know this happened is that after I got home, I checked the total amount that I was charged by them, after seeing the horrible job on my beard, I was charged $28 dollars EXACTLY for all this nonsense. No change at all. So that tells me she rounded the change up when she put herself the $5 tip in for doing my beard, which she didn't do. Everytime I have got my haircut by Sport Clips, it ALWAYS has change because of tax. This is also the first time I have ever paid with a card. And this will also be the last time that I get my haircut at Sport Clips. Jax has ruined this company from any future business of mine, my family and all the friends that I tell, for her STEALING from me and the company! *2/15/19 Update* I actually got an email from the owner/GM and they asked for my address to send me a voucher for a free cut. She also sent me the $5 I was charged for my beard that didn't get cut. I'm still disappointed in how everything happened, but at least they tried to make things right.

This is my go-to spot for fast, friendly service. The store is always clean and whomever is on staff always greets you as you walk-in. The staff here do request for the MVP which is their premier experience, but are very respectful if you decline the offer. As of this review the store offers a SEASON TICKET for the MVP which gets you six MVP haircuts for the price of a Varsity haircut. At the moment the MVP is $24 and the Varsity is $18. That is a phenomenal deal and I highly encourage taking adavantage of it. I absolutely love the fact that they keep an active profile on my previous haircut so we know what was used on my last visit. In addition the store has an updated self-check in service so you no longer need to have the staff ask for your information to get you checked in. It also displays an estimated wait time for the next available stylist on the monitor near the register and check-in kiosk. If you want friendly and efficient service, SportClips at the Fort Smith Pavilion is a place you want to go.

I use to take my son to this location for every haircut; they always did such a great job! But lately, it has not been a good experience. The past two times (not going to go again) we have went, I had to "fix" the cut once we got home. They never have the same people. They must have a high turnover rate- the past couple years, it is always an entire new group of stylists. And this new round, well, the two different people he got, don't seem to be as talented as the last. I found a local barbershop that is much better.

Perhaps it’s poor management or a badly designed system. I’ve been going here for a few years now (both before and during COVID) with my son and we use the online check in to save time. Now it appears walk in’s go ahead of any attempt to plan your visit. I check in online and it says gives me a time to wait and estimated arrival time. We arrived 10 minutes prior, my name is on the wait list as not in store yet, and there are 3 people ahead and I have the same wait time shown before. Thanks for wasting my time.

Used to be a good quick place to get a haircut. The past 2 times I have waited 30- 45 minutes . This last time, I waited over 30 minutes and was never called back even though a stylist was free and there was no one in front of me on the waiting list. Went in for a haircut after 2 months away out of town at work, and Randy did a fantastic job with my hair and did a magnificent job trimming my beard too!!! Have never been one for hair products, but she showed me how to use some Styling gel which I enjoyed and ended up purchasing some at a great price! I’m fairly new to sports clips but I wish I’d tried it sooner. The vip treatment that they did made me feel first class and then I found out that it was a complimentary upgrade if you are a veteran! My stylist Jax was top notch and did a great job and then I found out that they save notes to my profile like what guard I used and style I liked to make it that much easier when I return. She told me I could come in between cuts to get lined up and stay fresh which sounds really great. This company really seems to have men’s haircuts figured out.

I had come in and asked for a low fade. My hair “stylist professional” was Deborah. She cut my hair and used 1 guard the whole time, and when I say whole time I mean all of 10 minutes. Once the haircut was complete there was NO FADE, and it was just like taking a 1 guard and going over everything but the top hair. Manager was nice and comped the haircut but the hair stylist was too quick for any kind of professional quality, and too rough for comfort. I do not recommend this place if you want a FADE.

Chasidy has to be the worst "stylist" if you can even call her that. She butchered my sons hair while having conversations and even walking away from him while he was in the middle of his haircut. I have had three boys for the past 13 years and have never seen a haircut this bad. This woman needs to loose her license as well as her job. It is not right to have a 14 year old boy in high school walking around with a hair cut like this. Thank you to Rhonda for fixing it.
