Terrible . I went yesterday ... had the guy there. I asked for a long bob with a few surface layers around crown area. I said I only wanted an inch or two taken off the length. I came out of there with easily 4 to 6 inches gone and layered all over, except for the crown area. Never go back. I wanted to say something but it was done so no point.He was too busy talking about himself...he never listened to a thing I said. I went in with beautiful thick hair and came out with it thinned so much you can see through the layers to my scalp. Horrible!

Very reasonable pricing for the quality service. Highly recommend!!!! Jeni did a great job with my hair! Not only did she educate me about the colour choices and what would be best and healthy for my hair but she continued to let me know of the product being used as well as answered all my questions!

Jenny is more than a fantastic stylist! She takes the time and effort to make sure you are comfortable. Go for the head massage alone, it’s worth it! Highly recommend her. The entire team is awesome and make it a fun environment.
