Upon arrival, this place was really nice. It's clean, modern, the women working there (they own it I believe) were very friendly. I sat down, and she started cutting my hair and we had pleasant conversation. Everything was good until the conversation took a turn, and I heard the woman cutting my hair talking about "the gays". I won't go into detail, but I will say to anyone looking at this location, they are NOT LGBT ALLIES. The haircut turned out well, looks good, but the atmosphere became very uncomfortable after that. This is by no means, an LGBT safe space. So to anyone part of that community, I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Its my first time haircut in Niagara falls and I loved the service and the hair cut I asked for. Natasha did my haircut and I recommend her hands down. Very polite and a sweet person. The shop is extremely clean and tidy. soft music playing to help you relax. And for the price, I'm very happy to say I'll come back again. Great experience !!! 10/10 for this Barber shop.????????

EXCELLENT. Love how hair is cut, if you drop in you may wait a little while, book an appointment and you will not. Friendly owner who remembers who you are and where your last conversation left off. Not expensive, professional..... I have nothing negative to say. I will not be changing anytime soon!!

We took advantage of our visit to Niagara Falls to get a haircut. The place is centrally located in a busy part of the town. There is lots of space in the shop so social distancing was not an issue. We noticed 3 Russian speaking women doing a professional job. Our hairdresser was polite and friendly. There is car parking space at the back of their shop which is very handy. They were busy and we were lucky to get an appointment. I paid $25, for a dry cut, a bit more than what I usually pay in GTA. I will not mind getting a haircut there again if I am in the area next time.

By accident, I know this place since it opened. I live in Toronto and visit each time I come to Niagara Falls with my family. Even more amusing, I don’t get haircut (no hair). But this is one of the few places where my wife leaves with a smile. What more can I wish for. I don’t get much from the ”color corrections and styles” (or whatever) conversation, but I know that a professional care will be taken by Natalia. In addition, my son gets a haircut that it is “cool”, according to him (whatever that means). Yes, I am shown this and that but what matters most is the satisfaction that I can see in everyone. The saloon is very pleasantly set up and it is easy to wait without noticing the time. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Clean, nice and pleasure to be serviced. Natalia is experienced, professional and very attentive, takes great care of everyone.
