I had an appt for 2 and didn't end up getting in until 2:20. I wanted a $25.00 and up because she was a beginning stylist. When all was said and done she rushed and some of my highlights were orange and I ended up paying 248.00 plus a tip. I spoke to Vince the owner whom insisted his salon was above me and that I should go somewhere I can afford to go. He was rude and insisted on explaining his high social stature. Never go here again

I love the atmosphere and all the staff are so friendly and professional. The owner Vince is amazing and spends alot of time and effort ensuring the quality is consistent and spends time training and developing his team. Best part is I enjoy a nice glass of Bailey's or wine while i get my hair done! Stephanie is my stylist and shes fabulous...along with all the gals being wonderful.

Worth the price which is higher than other locations. Staff are very well knowledged and love what they do. Offer you tea or water while you get your hair done and even kick up your feet while you get washed. I trust these guys with my hair.

First time visit and it was wonderful. All the staff were great. Kayla took care of me today and she did a great job. My colour turned out perfect and I love my cut. She took the time to learn exactly what I was looking for and it was greatly appreciated. While my colour set I was offered a bevy and enjoyed a great local brew. As my hair was being washed I enjoyed the massage chair . From start to finish every detail was perfect. I'll be back. Thank you for making my day feel pampering..

Was my second time at this salon, first time I was not completely happy with my highlights but decided to give them another chance. I’m glad I did. Was extremely happy with the way Stephanie did my highlights and trim, I have long curly hair and was very pleased that she only took off a little and did not chop it. My first time at the salon was amazing! It's a family owned business, and Vince the owner was meticulous, professional and a great hairstylist. The other staff members were all friendly and Nicole at the front desk was super helpful. Also, they are taking great care to stay healthy during this pandemic. They clean everything and check customers before they enter the salon. I would definitely recommend this salon!

Been going to Fate for years. It just happened to be the first place I tried when I moved to the area in 2004 and I never had any reason to go anywhere else. The staff are amazing at what they do. My whole family goes there and I will recommend them to anyone!

Great experience, clean establishment, friendly service and staff, massage chairs at hair washing stations and the stylist actually give you what you want. A bit on the pricey end but what else do you expect when you walk into a fancy looking establishment.

This is by far the most professional and gorgeous salon in the greater Niagara area. This shop rivals any I’ve experienced in the GTA & Buffalo. The owner’s hospitality is comforting and my girl, Courtney, is spot on with every service. From cut to color I walk out satisfied with the treatments received.

I have to admit I was a bit nervous heading to my appt. last week as my regular hairdresser retired and I needed to find a new one. My appt. was with Nicole. I was going with a whole new look an undercut pixie..daring I know. She took the time to talk about it, decide if my hair was suitable and if we could pull it off. Oh I have very fine hair! Stephanie did an excellent job getting me to a nice healthy base colour which is hard hard work when someones messed with their hair at home... highly recommend her.
