I went into Chatters and Julie was my stylist. She was amazing, astonishing service... My hair is fine, curly and difficult to style. Julie gave me the greatest little hairstyle, along with an incredible leave in treatment that has repaired my hair. The head massage was a bonus. I wanted to fall asleep!!! I've been to Chatters multipule times and didn't have any complaints until my last appointment. I got a hair cut. I was glad she could still see me after I was 5 minutes late (I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a taxi) everyone seemed friendly but the lady who cut my hair. I didn't notice until the next day that there were bald spots I didn't have prior to my hair cut. I haven't called in about it because there's probably nothing they can do about it. Now I have to find ways to fix my hair so the blad spots don't show. Very dissapointing and I won't be going back there

Went in and got my hair dyed, overall I’m happy with the results. My only complaint (besides how rough the guy was) is that he didn’t dye all the way to the roots, so now 1 week later it looks like I got it done a month ago and needs to be touched up.

Let me put y’all on someone at this salon! Juno was amazing!! I showed him what I wanted but also expressed that my scalp was incredibly sensitive and this man was so gentle when washing/brushing/styling my hair! He paid so much attention to detail. I have never left a salon so happy!! I cried!! He showed me what 5/5 service was:) he wasn’t very chatty but I actually appreciated that. Made for no awkward conversation! Thank you Juno!!

I would %100 recommend Vikki if you're going in for a long hair trim - She was super helpful and really knowledgeable about all the products and even taught me a few things I could do to help the health of my hair while using heat. As Someone with Major Anxiety it took a lot for me to go in there and book the appointment, Vikki made me feel super comfortable and she was also really nice and friendly. I'm will be going back to get dye my hair white - which is a extremely hard process and I will post another review once I get that done ^^

Booked an appointment yesterday for today. From desk person, Shannon, who was pleasant and professional. I have to admit I was a little wary after reading the google reviews!! My stylist was Larkin, (she's as cute as her name!) once again I was wary as Larkin is very young and I usually prefer a more mature stylist. My hair was very brassy from a previous stylist, it needed a significant color correct. Larkin said it would be "easy" and she made it look exactly that. This young woman knows her stuff! She not only corrected my horrible previous color but she made it look well....easy! I will definitely see Larkin again. Thank you very much Larkin, I love my hair! :-)

worst place to go EVER I have been left by my stylist due to emergency which I don't mind but the fill in stylist was AWFUL!! and the next time I went and took my daughter she was in TEARS from the pain from the stylist pulling also when I asked about a product she was INSISTANT that the dermatologist was an idiot and she knew better... I left with NO product a teary daughter and a serious distaste for this place .... i have NEVER been back I would not recommend this place if my life depended on it !

Zero stars if I could. I was in last week for a cut and asked the stylist to keep the length but give my hair a bit more movement, meaning some light layers at the bottom and some shape to my curtain bangs so it wasn't so blocky. I left the salon with a mullet and my hair was three inches shorter than when I came in. I called later, extremely disappointed with the haircut I received and asked them to fix it for free. They said they would but it had to be the same stylist. Now, I understand that if a stylist messes up a haircut they should be the first ones to fix their mistakes. However, the stylist did not listen to me the first time. How could I trust him to listen to me and fix the awful cut he gave me? I requested a different stylist but the lady on the phone was firm and told me I could have another stylist but I would have to pay full price again. I understand the policy but if your customer is unhappy it is your job to provide better service. Overall extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Do not go here, they will butcher your hair.

My friend Cassandra works there, so whenever I need my hair done that's where I go. Most of the time I try to discuss what I want to get done with her before I make the appointment so she knows how much time she will need and I can book an appointment with her easier (I honestly hate calling, just in general I don't know why, but I know I still have to for an official booking) I can be pretty indecisive at times and have a more vague idea for what I want, but she always works with me to discuss options I might like and we go from there. Even during the process she always checks with me and makes sure I have the final say in what I want done (which pretty much always ends up being what she was going to do before she asked anyway) but I know I can trust her to do what she thinks would look good, and I have never been dissatisfied when she does my hair. I've even started going a bit more out of my comfort zone because of her encouragement and suggestions. I notice there are some other negative reviews on here, I don't know if I'm just oblivious to it cause I'm more focused on what I am getting done, because I already have a history with Cass she knows what I like, or possibly the reviews are for the other Chatters and not the one in the mall, but in any case I strongly recommend trying to make one with Cassandra Galon because she is very good at what she does and is always friendly and willing to work with you 10/10

I have been in multiple times and generally was pleased with the service, but the last time I didn't even get my haircut. Booked an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early and checked in with reception. 30 minutes later I was still waiting. Asked what turned out to be the manager of the store side why its taking so long and she had no answer. Turned out that I was booked with the manager of the salon and she was "running late" and did not apologize or anything. I walked out. It's simple - you have a booked appointment that is waiting and you are running late? You let the client know - don't make them wait indefinitely.

The man who cut my gels hair had both language and attitude issues. She said how she wanted her hair trimmed to be off her ears. First two cuts he barely cut hair, she explained again her style wants he took an electric trimmer buzz cut the sides of her head said better? And didn't care she was reduced to tears. She went there for her first visit and was left with a bad cut and hurt feelings. Would I recommend this location? Not for work maybe for getting your own supplies but there's several other shops in town you can come out of isolation to retrieve haircare products from. Sadly disappointed.

The stylist was friendly but seemed to feel she knew best, didn't look at the pics I brought. I wanted some highlights - no stripes! I got stripes. And they are blondie-gold. My hair is dark...I asked for barely there. It has been 2 weeks and I'm going to have to cut off all of my length to get rid of this cut...it is suspiciously mullet-y. Avoid!

I've been going to Chatters for years now. I tried many different salons and found a stylist here that I really love. We always chat in detail about what to do today and my long term goals. She gives me a little should massage when color is setting. I think people need to shop around for the right stylist and I happen to find mine at Chatters. I get a free product every time I get my hair done and I go there for all my hair products because either the reception or my stylist will wak around the store with my and help me select whatever it is I need. Prices are no different then anywhere in Fort Mcmurray. I used to go to the highest end salons when I lived in BC and sure they aren't celebrity stylists at Chatters, but my stylist at Chatters always satisfies.

I went to get a roots touch up, and the experience was ok, until I was ask to sign up for an understanding agreement. I never have to do any paper work before a hair cut or colour before, but Chatter does it for new customers she said. I read the agreement. I was really tempted to just not sign and go to another salon...but it was more convenient for me to get it done now, so I signed. The agreement was stated that I understand the procedure that will be done...bla-bla and accept the consequences..really?! What if the hair stylist made a mistake? I am not going there again! This is ridiculous. I may as well make the hair stylist sign an agreement too, to make sure she understands what I want...!

I've gone to Chatters Nanaimo twice now and both times received amazing hair cuts. This particular time was with Ry, and she was super knowledgeable about my hair right down to my hair type's Ph level. I have a curly pixie and she was not intimidated at all. I also booked this appointment online and I learned that it is okay to book any spot that is open but was advised to book ahead as they get quite busy. But the BEST part was, apparently they have a loyalty program and I ended up getting $12 off of the price! As if I needed a reason to go back to Chatters (both Nanaimo and Victoria have great hair dressers).

I had called in and asked how much it would be to wash, blow dry, and curl my hair, I was quoted roughly $30.00. I came in and and the guy (Geri I believe was his name) started washing my hair, however he was VERY rough and was pulling VERY hard as he rinsed out the shampoo. Then as he blow dried he used his hands to detangle and just really tossed my hair everywhere, which ended up tangling my hair even more. Then when he went to curl my hair he pulled INCREDIBLY hard, I still have hair that I am pulling out of my head. I also asked for very light & loose curls and showed him a few example pictures of the look and while he did curl my hair it is not at all what I asked for. On top of all of this he ended up charging me DOUBLE than what was originally quoted. Had the experience been good I wouldn't have had problem paying double for the service, but considering the experience was awful, painful, and I did not get the style I had shown him in the picture, and I was charged double; this has been the worst experience in a salon I've ever had. Do not go here if you care about your hair whatsoever, you will been very disappointed.

The only thing this location can do constantly is good colour, and even then it's kind of sketchy. I've been to this location many times, mostly because the majority of my appointments have gone well. However there are a few stylists that don't seem to know when they're stepping too far. My last appointment was an absolute disaster. The stylist got bleach on my skin and clothes, and wouldn't actually do what I asked her to do. She also cut my hair despite my telling her numerous times that I did not want it cut, just dyed. Basically, when this place is good it's mostly pretty good, but when it's bad it's an absolute mess.

I went in to pick up some new shampoo & conditioner as my hair was feeling like it was dead. I had a wonderful young lady help me out. I got some lovely pear LOMA shampoo & pear LOMA leave-in conditioner and this has made my hair feel so much better. I also bought some D:FI Destruct as I have a short Halle Berry type hair style so I like to 'spike' it with out the crustiness of gel. I love the quality of the stuff I buy here & how long it lasts.

If I could have put no stars I would. I went into the new Stoney Creek Chatters last night for a bang trim.. easy right? Wrong!!! I had to tell the man to stop cutting my bangs because they were 1/4 inch longer on one side then the other and everytime I would tell him this he would cut more on the shorter side! Eventually when the damage had been done and I noticed that my bangs were not only uneven but way too short (and when I said short I mean a good half an inch above my eyebrows) I had to tell him to put down the scissors and let someone else fix them as much as they could. I was so upset leaving chatters and I didn't even get an apology or anything! I am so disappointed considering I have gone there many times and I have always been satisfied. I didn't even want to leave the house this morning because my hair looks that rediculous and it is safe to say I will never go back there again.

Bought 4 bottle of hair dye for girlfriend. Turns out we only needed 2, so we didnt use 2. On the bill it clearly states hair dye sales are final on OPEN products. Clerk refused to issue refund or store credit for UNOPENED bottles and said they couldnt help us regardless of pointing out the receipt stating the bottles had to be sealed (which they were). Dissapppinting experience, I just wanted my money back. Theres $40 I'll never see again.

This place has always been my go-to reasonably priced haircut salon. I don't think I'd go here for complicated color jobs, but they do a fine job with the cuts and so I can't complain! It's hit and miss with the stylists, whenever you find one you reeeaaaaallllly like, you find out that they've moved on. Overall though they've been really pleasant and nice, $40 haircuts & style, sometimes they have Olaplex treatments on sale. You can't really go wrong here and I'll keep coming here forever.

I think 3 hrs to bleach the bottom half of hair is totally unreasonable cash grab being 70 an hour for color treatment, then another 3 hours for highlights and a trim which ended up taking off way to much Thank you for your prompt response to my problem

The result is beautiful and she styled my hair beautifully after a perfect cut. The timing was exactly as expected and the price was exactly as quoted. I appreciated the shampoo gift at the end. I appreciated the convenience of being able to book online. The only issue was that I received a text message asking me to confirm my appointment the day before...which was fine and I did....but I also received a phone call because the receptionist was not aware of the text message. Perhaps that confirmation piece could be streamlined more effectively. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience. Thank you, Anne for my beautiful new hair! I will be back!

If you book using their online booking, it “apparently” doesn’t know what all costs will be incurred during a foil visit. My daughters visit was $100 more than quoted and the excuse I received from the manager was that the online quote does not include the toner (seriously?) and the cut (which my daughter tried to get out of as she likes the length, but did need, and was told she didn’t have a choice about the cut). I received a lame voicemail reviewing the costs... but I’m not sure why in our technical day and age that an online booking system is unable to add in costs that will definitely be incurred in the appt booking. My daughters hair looked great, but not worth the cost and the time. I would pay the extra (maybe $10?) to go to a higher end salon.

POSTING THIS FOR A FRIEND THIS PLACE IS SICKENING! I have just recently gotten my hair done at chatters in Nanaimo British Columbia to start this all off i was qouted around 70 dollars for what I was getting done then I was charged 169.00 before tip. I had went in to get a purple ombre in which I didnt leave with I left with a blue mess of a colour. In the process of getting my hair done kelly the stylist I had told me we needed to bleach a bit of my hair I agreed because I thought being a trained stylist she would know what she was doing, well I was very incorrect and I regert ever trusting her to colour my hair I explained to her during the process it was really hot but she said thats normal well apparently its not because I went home that night and my head felt very sore I felt the scalp and to my surprise it was covered in large half hard half sticky bumps so the next day I asked my friend who could see the back of my head to further investigate the problem. She then explained to me most of my scalp was cover in yellow puss and blood as well as lots of scabbing. I immediately called chatters to explain they told me to come in quickly as I did, I was there within 20 minutes. Kelly the stylist I previously had came to talk with me and her manager. Kelly then explained it was my fault it was like this because I have psoriasis I then explained to kelly and her manager I didnt have psoriasis and I definitely didnt get it over night. Kelly then continued to say that shes sorry but its my fault. Her manager then surprisingly said im sorry sweetie id have to agree with my stylist on this one. Never have I ever felt so disgusted with a company I felt so betrayed and bullied to say the least. This lady that I put my trust in to take care of my hair destroyed my scalp and they both tried passing it off as a skin condition. Well I then left upset and in tears. I went to another salon and asked to see any stylist available at the moment I had 4 stylist apologize to their customer's and come rushing over to me they sat me down to look at my scalp and were all disgusted with how my hair was treated they all told me its one of the worst chemical burns they've ever seen. After getting some helpful advice from another salon I went to the doctor after 30 minutes of waiting I got in to see him. He examined my head and told me there is no way this is psoriasis he said its a huge chemical burn covering about 40-50% of my head. He gave me notes on my file for my family doctor to see as I cannot get down to him in the next few days. Off we go to the pharmacist to get 30.00 of cream for my burns. Another 30.00 spent on top of the 169.00 I just spent on this chemical burn but thats not all because in a week I need to go get different cream to prevent scaring and hair loss on the parts where there are burns. Their stylists should know when something is wrong when someone tells them that their hair is really uncomfortably hot they should have the common instinct to wash it out right away. This should not have happened, but unfortunately it did and they should have known how to handle it but again they didn't they tried to bully me into thinking it was my fault and it wasn't. Its theirs. I want my money back but they weren't even willing to think about it. I shouldnt have to pay to feel in pain for the next 8 to 10 weeks as it heals.

I have been going to see Gerry for my haircuts for close to 5 years. I get a consistent great haircut . Because of this I always have people ask who cuts my hair and I have been able to refer people to Gerry, These ones in turn have been very happy with their haircuts as well . I have never in all my years with Gerry had her be anything but professional. She asked questions first to see what my vision is and then asks after the cut if it is ok, having me check it out myself. I hope Chatters head office is aware that they have a great employee in Gerry and that she is passionate about what she does and aims to please her customers, so that they are happy and want to come back. That being said I think we expect hair stylist to have magic wands, and they don"t. They are just like us, and well, hair is hair and sometimes has a mind of it's own and not much any one can do about that.

Went a few days ago appointment at 1pm there till 7:30 had what was supposed to be full head foils to prelighten to apply red or hot pink, they ran out of hot pink before they had full head colored they didnt prelighten all hair as discussed so it was streaks then used a pale blonde on remaining uncolored pieces so color was streaky uneven...upon making appointment showed picture of exact hair cut I wanted to make sure they had someone capable of doing it had to ask 3 times for it to be cut a little more and its supposed to be textured I soon discovered this girl could not cut hair and the cut she gave me was a straight blunt almost shoulder length Bob when I asked for a A symmetrical shaved up the neck longer on one side hair style when I realized this I would not dare ask her to use texturizing scissors as I'd be wearing a wig today I left and paid $300 I was charged immediately emailing chatters corporate which I got no response from yet with attached photos of the horrible job I then made appointment next day with cool blondes who saved the style and fixed the disaster for $47 so honestly think twice about going here and ending up with someone who did not listen or have much less experience then I was led to believe. I can however say that the workers were friendly.

I called for an appointment to get a layered haircut with a picture i want them to copy as a reference. I didnt get it right and called them if i could have it done again. I insisted of paying again for all i care is my hair to be done the way i want. I went back with a different stylist but instead of receiving an apology or at least a decent treatment, the stylist bluntly laughed in front of me saying my haircut is just right and it’s how a layered haircut should be. She have her own book of how a layered haircut is done disregarding the specific style a customer asked with accompanying picture. She suggested to not cut my hair and style it instead with her magical iron and blower. She couldn’t stop laughing and it made me feel so upset and embarrassed. I stood up and left instead. I will never go back there again.

I have number of complaints with this store: 1. The person with whom I had the consultancy appointment was different and the person who did my hair was different. I asked the lady who was doing my hair that where’s the guy who took the consultancy session but she said he doesn’t like to do hair of Indian people as they complain a lot. I don’t mind this, it’s okay if you don’t want to my hair as I am Indian but why the he’ll management booked me with that person if he’s not comfortable. Wasted my time for that consultancy session as I had to tell and discuss everything with the lady who did the hair. 2. I was not her priority client, she had another client coming for whom she was desperately waiting as she told me that I have to do in hurry with you as I have other client coming. Very poor customer service. 3. I asked for water as I had to take my medicine, she said we don’t give anything to customer because of COVID restrictions. We use to give coffee. And I had bleach in my hair that time so I couldn’t go outside to buy water for myself. 4. The lady was doing my hair in hurry so she did the bleach first then washed it then mixed the colour in tube and sprayed that tube in my water and massaged it and it was almost like water. I don’t know the technique whether good or bad but I was not comfortable with it. 5. I showed her the picture and how colour looks on it say how highlights go but she said it’s because of style of blow dry.. I didn’t wanted the same colour but only the style.. highlights on top and ombré in bottom but my whole hair is mix of ombré and highlights. 6. She was complaining about the questions I was asking as she was in hurry and then mentioned that you have a long and heavy hair which needs At least 7-8 hours but management told me only four hours and of course she can’t do it in 4 hours as in the past where ever I have done my hair, they take 7 hours. Again poor management. 7. I complained to the manager after paying for everything as I didn’t wanted her to think that am saying all this to pay less but she said she’ll talk to district manager and give me free services. I told her am not ever coming back here but she didn’t mentioned a single time that I’ll give you some discount. I know it’s not her fault nor that’s lady.. but whom to talk to. It was for my birthday party in the evening but seriously you guys ruined it. It’s so hard to get a appointment at your salon, had to come from Vancouver, shorten my birthday trip for this kind of service. I would have ignored everything but Racism, refusing for water and doing somebody’s hair in hurry. Wasted my time. Seriously, really bad future for this store.

I was a first time client and will NEVER go back. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a hair salon. I booked mine and my daughters apt online with Jay. Received email confirmation the apts had been booked. Received a phone call two days before my apt to say the stylist no longer worked at the salon and I needed to reschedule. I phoned the salon back to say I was calling to reschedule my apt, the staff member seemed confused as Jay still works there. I was told everything was ok with my originally scheduled apt and I should come at my original scheduled time. I show up at the Salon for our apts Jay did a great job cutting my daughter's hair. I then went with Jay for my apt as it was scheduled right after. After having my hair washed, I was told by the manager Jay's next scheduled apt had arrived and I wasn't scheduled. I was confused and did show the manager the confirmation in my phone, of both apts booked with Jay. She then proceeded to tell me that's not what they have in their computer, I was asked to leave his chair with soaking wet hair, and wait 20 mins. While sitting on the bench waiting my hair is dripping everywhere. One of the staff saw it was dripping all over me and she was kind enough to offer me a towel. I'm becoming more angry by the minute, to then be told by the manager there system has me booked in with a different stylist who I didn't book an apt with. Despite showing confirmation of the apts booked multiple times and that they were indeed booked with Jay, she continued to tell me that she was right. Not once did she apologize for the poor service on their end, I then proceeded to tell her I've never received such poor service and would not be returning to the salon. I paid for my daughter's hair cut and left Jay a tip for his service as this was the right thing to do.I left the salon ANGRY to say the least with soaking wet hair. Jay is a great stylist, it's too bad he works at such a disorganized salon, that has the WORST customer service.

I brought in a photo of dark brown hair with a few highlights here and there and got a very harsh dark brown on top and coppery ends, it sadly doesn't blend nicely and I regret the amount of money I spent. My trim is also a very blunt cut and way shorter than I hoped. I also walked out with hair dye stained all over my forehead.

I asked her to give me a short cut and she explained and showed me how and why that would not work with my hair type!! Her name started with G she had fake lips (not an issue just an identification). Cut my hair so it would be straight at the back. Took no care as to water temperature. When I complained about how hot the blow dryer was as it was burning my scalp she showed me that it was on warm and said that she would move it around more so it wouldn't burn me. After my extremely choppy cut I wasn't happy with how short it was or how choppy it looked when brought over my shoulders (cut so it would be straight at the back). I wanted her to fix it so it would be smooth at the ends aka layer it a bit. No offer to fix it. No niceties. Nothing. Just that's what you asked for get out.

Very bad results for belage hair it doesn't looks like belage.I spent 267.00 $ for just ruined my original hair .if I know before I would go for only highlights and pay less but guy who served me he referred me to do belage and he made mistake he had done bleach my hair from root and tried to fix it so he spent 5 hours on my hair instead of 3 hours service but still he couldn't fix it and he tried to make me Happy he told that I don't need to pay for my cuts and still front counter charged me for cutting as well .never go back .I paid 270 $ for nothing.

It was my first visit at this location today and I didnt have an appointment booked and they took in in right away. Oliver was my hair stylist and did an amazing job. If you are a guy do not get your haircut here. Externally disappointed. Came in to get a simple Caesar hair cut took 50 minutes for a botched haircut all over the place cut by 2 hair stylists. Maybe they do a great job with women’s hair but wouldn’t recommend if you are a guy. They did however charge me for a buzz cut, which is what I’m going to have to do when I get home. Stay away from this location.

Not a very pleasant experience. They messed up a haircut that I paid for for my girlfriend. She has bad anxiety and this made things worse for her. I told them what happened and the lady at the desk referred me to a manager. I tried dealing with the manager to get my money back and it took 2 weeks to get to her. My girlfriend and I went in to chat with the manager and got a refund on a gift card. It's fine if your still a returning customer. In our case we will not return as my girlfriends anxiety is through the roof. The manager knows that we will NEVER return and we are stuck with a gift card that we will never use. During the process of getting the card we were talking to the manager and she ignored us mid sentence and helped the next customer. Her other staff that was doing the gift card for us, asked the manager a question and her reply astonished me, " I dont know how you do that ask the assistant manager she will know". If you dont have knowledge of the procedure in place then why are you the manager. As far as her customer service goes it was very poor. I would have expected better service coming from a manager.

The woman cutting my hair was extremely unprofessional and rude. She lectured me about brushing my hair even though it had been brushed. And she tried to push for an exact answer to when it was last brushed. (It had been brushed immediately before the appointment) but is just naturally curly. She then asked how I wanted it cut and I explained accurately and showed her a picture of how I liked it. I told her to shorten it and keep it even all the way around. She cut it really short in the back and right side. And left it really long on the left. Every time I asked her to cut it evenly she refused. My hair looks extremely uneven and horrible. And it was not cheap (35$ for a men’s hair cut). Very disappointed and will never be back

Very inconsistent depending on who you get. I had an ok haircut the first time I went, and then I went again recently and my hair was cut unevenly, my hairdresser was more concerned with socializing with me then paying attention to what she was doing and what I asked for. A couple of times she asked me if it looked even....? That’s kinda your job lady. At the end she charged me for a buzz cut which I guess is nice but I’d rather just pay full price and get a hair cut from someone who actually knows what they are doing. I would probably go somewhere else next time.

Very disappointed. I went in for a perm, and spoke with the hairdresser about what I wanted before he started. I showed him several photos of the level of curl that I wanted. I should have known that something was off, because he spent a lot of time reading the instruction leaflet in the perm kit, and he left several times to ask another hairstylist questions. When I left, my hair was wavy at best, and much of the curl has fallen out since then. It's only been a week, and you can hardly tell I had anything done. Basically, I ended up paying $170 for someone to trim off three inches of hair.

I shouldn't even be giving one star for this atrocious place. The manager at this store is beyond rude. My mother went in for a 1/2 an inch trim and ended up getting 6 inches cut from two side pieces by her ear. Never once discussing this with my mother. So when my mom went back up to quietly talk to the manager about this. She got told to come back in an hour she was cutting hair, my mother stated she had no watch and was told to go buy a watch or figure out the time. So my mother waited and went back to this evil woman who wouldn't give her the time of day. Shrugging her off, telling her to contact head office this has nothing to do with her and zero refunds we don't do this anywhere ever. My mother was treated like absolute garbage at an establishment that clearly needs to be taught how to deal with customers, one too many woman thinking they are entitled. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE EVER. I know more than a few people from nanaimo who have told me some absurd, horrifying stories already. I shouldn't even of given 1 star on this review. Warning to woman everywhere who love and maintain there hair, which is such an important piece to us.
