Just got my 22 month old sons hair cut by Crystal. She was wonderful with him. He didnt sit still, and was all over the place. When his hair grows more I will totally bring him back! (She also cut my husbands hair and did a good job too!)

This place is absolutely amazing. The customer service is great. The staff I dealt with is above and beyond all expectations. The appointment process was simple and when we arrived with our three year old they were so patient and welcoming. I realize it's for men, but the little guy we brought in had a blast. They offer refreshments. And super clean, which is really hard to find sometimes here in town. We will definitely be keeping with them and giving them our continued business and referring them to everyone we know .Thank you to everyone at Mancave for all you did today. We will see you again soon. With three boys, a grandson and a hubby we will see you again very soon .

Just spent over a half hour waiting for a haircut. Had an appointment for 145, and gave up after 205 after hearing a stylist talking about people not showing up for appointments. I was 15 minutes early and sat there for over a half hour. Won't go back. Don't offer me drinks, cut my hair. I understand when a doctor is late for an appointment. You aren't doctors.

There was an extensive conversation about how I wanted my hair cut, length, style preference and what areas I wanted left alone. I thought we had an understanding but she proceeded to cut the part I asked specifically to be left longer as short as it’s ever been. She called a coworker over for help and nothing they suggested sounded like it would make it any better so I left. I can’t style my hair the way I want. It’ll take me six months to grow it out to the length that I prefer. I’m sure someone there knows what they’re doing. Unfortunately I didn’t get to have my hair cut by them. I got mine cut by a woman named Paige and she did a bad job.

Decided to get a haircut after work a couple weeks ago. I was happy to see everything was so clean and spotless. The staff are nice and informative, they even sold me on beard oil and moisturiser which has been working great. Got a card for one of the employees and now I know who to go to if I want a fast good sharp haircut. (Ill add a photo of the card incase anyone needs a cut)

Set up an appointment got a text and everything saying it was good to go I get there and they closed up early even though my appointment was at 5:30 and store hours said open until six I didnt appreciate waiting over an hour for an appointment just to show up and nobody be there I live in sidney and drove a long way for nothing

TL;DR Got charged, wasn’t informed of appointment policies, and didn’t get a haircut I’m disappointed with this location. After trying to find a place to get a haircut after moving to a new town I found this place. It looked like there was a website to book an appointment, so I did that and got charged immediately but didn’t find a place to actually book an appointment. So I called only to find out they no longer use that system. So I asked about that and was told I could figure that out when I came in. So I scheduled an appointment. Then I had a little difficulty finding the location only to find out that I had a 5 minute window and I was 4 minutes past that. I also have no information about the money I was already charged. I’ve been told that I should expect a call from someone about that but no time frame to expect that call.

Booked an appointment for hair cut. Showed up 10 minutes early. Was told to take a seat they would be right with me. 25 minutes after the set appointment time still no one available to cut my hair. Had to leave with no cut hair. I would of been less frustrated if any one in the shop would have communicated they were running behind. I probably would of rebooked if I was asked but instead sat in the waiting room for 1/2 hour after my appointment time. Finally had to go ask front desk if they remembered that i was there. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for a long time. Im truly disappointed in the service I was offered and the way I was treated.

Well first off I have to say the staff is super friendly here very customer oriented the lady who cut my sons hair did a very good job. Th le gentleman who shaved my beard was very nice but I feel needs to be more interactive with the customer didnt even really try to feel me out or get to know me at all just wanted to shave me and be done. And last but certainly not least they charged my card 3 time got 1 charge off right away but then it took 5 or 6 days to get the other charge off I'm happy they got it taken off but it did take a very long time to get taken care of!

This is my second time visiting this place. I come with my son, it's a nice bonding time for us. He is three, but all he needs is a little patience. The first time he got a cut here was amazing. This time was a different story. The cosmetologist seemed to be absent minded and not caring in the slightest about being there. She was getting irritated with my son, who was sitting in my lap. He was sitting just about as still as a three year old could. She ended up giving up on my son at the end. I succumbed and said "Well if it's the best we can get, it's ok." Upon further inspection, the haircut it very uneven and just looks like it was done by an artist who has no love for their craft. My haircut wasn't much different. She had no patience for me either. It's a decent hair cut, that I could have gotten more appropriately from a cost cutters. I, however, did not want a cost cutter haircut. I spent fifty dollars to get me and my son's hair professionally cut with the same caliber of expertise I received on my first visit. That's not what I got though. I am very disappointed and will probably get a cost cutter haircut for cost cutter price next time. EDIT: This establishment promptly and urgently reached out to me after my review. I will be restoring the rating to five stars. They have an earnest drive to serve the customer and it shows with how they react to situations like this. They have rectified the situation to the best of their abilities. The faulty service of one shouldn't be the rotten apple that ruined the bunch. Thanks again for the quick response, I really do appreciate it.

Well first time there I get a new girl, she doesn’t tell me this until half way through. She cut my hair just fine but she screwed my beard up badly, if you hire someone new make sure they can do the job. I payed 60 dollars for a haircut and beard trim. I would t recommend them if they do work like this at all.
