Ignore the bad reviews on this site. Usually just women who go to the barber's because it's cheaper and want their hair styled. If you're looking for styling, go to a salon. Real men go here to get their hair CUT, not STYLED.

I can't even begin to say how much of a horrible experience it was. I know the girl was brand new because she was talking about her hair instructor to the customer before me.T hat should of been a huge red flag. This lady gave me 2 numbers too short from what i asked. The fade looks like i did it myself, nothing is blended in and worst of all, i couldn't even argue about the cut cause there was a long wait in back of me. Definitely will not be returning. I also beg everyone else not to try this place out. For god sakes, your better off going to the Walmart place!

Jason’s barber shop is the best in town. Jason is the only one my 9 year old son actually likes going to. He takes appointments and walk-ins. You give him a call before you come and he’s waiting when you get there. His shop is ALWAYS spotless. And he always has something for my son when he’s done. He’s just a nice man that loves cutting hair. He enjoys his job and it shows.

Went with my husband and two year old son to the barber shop and it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with our son. First thing I was super impressed with was the fact that the second we came in and Jason noticed our son, he put on a kids movie for him without hesitation. He also has a shelf full of old school kids toys for kiddos to play with which was much appreciated! Then it came time for a haircut and Jason first put on Paw Patrol and then listened to what I wanted for Lincoln’s cut and he did a magnificent job! It’s the best haircut my sons ever had and he also did an amazing job on my husbands hair, which is super curly and thick. We will definitely be back!

super nice guy, literally knew everyone by name and had a conversation with everyone who walked in the door. But with that being said, my haircut was not as great as the service. He basically gave the same haircut to every man that walked in, including myself... i was wearing hair combed to the left he proceeded to comb it the other way... i thought to trim underneath, that wasnt the case, he cut to how he combed it over also it was crooked ... i was in a rush and if i hadnt had my haircut there i wouldve had to wait another couple weeks, everywhere else had a couple day wait too. So, great service, nice guy.... but what i was there for, a good haircut, was not what i received

Even though I was reading some bad reviews, I decided to give this place a try anyway and I'm glad I did. They hooked the bald fade up just how I wanted it. So don't let some of these reviews discourage you. Give them a try. After all, if someone does mess up, it'll grow back.

this was a joke. i should have spoken up when i was there. told the guy i only have 40 min. no problem he said. i have cut my hair relatively the same for the last seven years. i grew it out longer to alter it very slightly i brought in 4 pictures as an example. 2 of myself with my hair perfect the way my barber back home cuts it(its pretty simple) and 2 of a guy who looks very similar to me with almost the exact same cut but with the changes i wanted to make. simple right? he was very confident and got to work right away. didnt ask questions, never checked and was quick. im thinking sweet this guy is a pro and is on his A game. he has a good tip coming his way..... i asked for 3 things 1. i part my hair on the left side 2. i want the fade to start lower by my ear height instead of up higher(thats the BIG CHANGE i wanted to make) 3. i want to keep the length on top but use thinning sheers since i have very thick unruly hair and i would like to use less pomade. this is what i got. 1. a longer version of a high and tight military cut.(can comb it over but cant even part it) 2. there is no fade. short on the sides. long on the top. no transition 3 . thinner hair but almost half the length is gone from the top. (at least he listened to one thing) i had forty min to work with and he got me in and out in 25min. slow the hell down! i try to be a nice person but im a little pissed when i make it plain and clear and the owner of the shop has his head up his ass i get that everything is price gouged up here but $17 for something i could have done for free myself in my bathroom.( because that where i take a dump)

Jason's Barber Shop is the only place to get a haircut in Williston. Jason's shop is very clean and there is always friendly banter to be had about sports in the shop. Jason does an excellent job cutting your hair and takes his time to ensure you are satisfied with the finished product.

If you're looking for a welcoming place for a good hair cut; try this place out! Most everywhere in the Stanley area had waiting list that required more time than i had, so i traveled here and he accepted me as a walk-in. The hair cut was great and the barber makes sure you're satisfied before you leave. A+

Jason's Barber Shop is the only place I have gon to in 3 years. Owner is very nice. Great sports talk. Lot of the locals go there. You feel like your at home there. If you are a guy only place I would go to. Place is always busy. Just a great local Barber shop!

It was probably the worst haircut I've ever had. My hair is easy to cut considering I get buzzcuts, the girl who was cutting my hair left long stragely hairs in the front and on the sides. I thought she did a decent job lining up the back but nope when I got home I looked in the mirror and she left a bunch of long hairs in the back. Definitely not coming back, she took 3 minutes total and charged me $18 for the worst haircut I've ever had.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a barber shop. The lady there cut my hair too high on one side... Just one side.. Then has some stupid comment about my ears are offset. That's why it looks like that. Then the other side of my hair it's like extremely shorter than the other side. I can't belive I paid her at all for this. I wish I could give them negative stars. I don't know any other barbers there. But I would rather use Nair to remove my hair next time than go back to her! I wish I could put pictures on this review.

This place is never open. A few weeks ago they have a sign saying they're at lunch, come back in an hour. I come back an hour later and they have a new sign up saying come back in another hour. This morning, they're supposed to be open at nine, so I swing by only to see that they're still closed. Someone go wake Jason up.

I took my son to one of the newer places in town for a simple cut and that was a BIG mistake! My husband called Jason and told him what happened, so he squeezed us in on a Friday afternoon. Within five minutes of being in Jason's chair his hair already looked a million times better! We will ALWAYS go to Jason from now on! He is great with kids and just seemed like a genuinely nice guy! Thanks so much Jason for putting a smile back on my son's face!
