Very disappointing visit to this dealership yesterday. I felt bad for the salesperson (who was doing a fine job). The “manager” while the owners were away provided a ridiculous value on a potential trade in vehicle and left the poor salesperson to try and justify their position. I knew going in I did not have a high value vehicle but I expected to get a number close to the value published in their own “black book”. I was offered less than half of value from their own guide. It would have been better if the manager would have told me they did not want the vehicle on trade rather than assign a “junk car” value and insult me as a responsible vehicle owner and potential customer. My expectations going in was to get a deal done, I was happy with the price I was provided on the vehicle I wanted to buy (which was the exact value published in the very same pricing guide), but I never expected to receive such a low offer on my trade. I left the dealership with the salesperson knowing my disappointment with the entire experience.

I dealt with Barber Motors just over 4 years ago, specifically Jerome Sidloski. I was on my way to Regina but was referred by a friend to see Jerome on my way. I didn’t make it to Regina that day. Jerome was amazing in that he asked questions to know more about my needs and what works for me. I walked away that day with a new 2016. I have since moved about 6 hours away and guess what? I worked with Jerome again and now have a 2020 which he drove and delivered himself. Also, Kim in finance was a breeze to deal with. If I could hit 10 * on this one I would. Keep up the stellar service you guys!!

They are a multigenerational family owned small town dealership who are friendly & easy to deal with, no pressure & find the right vehicle for your needs.
