Don't really have a reason to come back here. Both people didn't seem like they wanted to work there. The girl cutting my hair (tattoos on her hand) probably said 3 words to me the whole time and didn't smile once. $25+ tip for this experience isn't worth it. Hair cut wasn't cut straight in the back either.

I like it here. I pop on in regularly. They all are pretty knowledgable on up to date haircuts for boys/men. Take thier time (but not to long this isn't a salon) and also make sure to trim it up nice. Staff is great to talk w/ as they have a repertoire with the public and similar interests to discuss w/ you. Price is on point too. They charge about 25 for the haircut. Easy peasy. Going to be going back many more times.

I was in Edmonton for business I needed a haircut, I found this place on Google with good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I was very impressed! I met a nice gentleman from Jordon, who really knew what he was doing and gave me a great haircut. He was friendly and we had a nice conversation throughout the time I was there. I see a lot of fancy haircuts on their Google reviews, I’m a lot older and just needed a regular conservative haircut. Just so you know, they do a good job on those as well and it’s worth going to them! I will definitely go back the next time I’m in Edmonton. I’ve been going to Tommy Gunz and getting mediocre haircuts at best in Calgary and Lethbridge. It’s nice to find a place that can do a man’s haircut properly. Thank you !!

I received the worst haircut ever. The kid cutting my hair was more concerned with taking a break than cutting my hair. He tried to use clippers for the entire cut. At no point did he ask how I parted my hair. He covered up his horrific haircut by giving me a horrible comb over. I was so annoyed with his lack of attention, I never got him to correct the "style". Once I got home I tried to fix the part but my bangs are 5" long on the left side of my head, and less than a half inch on the other side. I could of done a better job if I cut my own hair. Use to go there a lot but I will not return, even for a refund.

But seriously they're great, virtually every barber who has "barbed" my hair has done a tremendous job. Unfortunately, they couldn't compete with my receding hairline.

He then walked away from me while I was paying for the cut! What a disgusting sense of customer service!! Over priced for a regular haircut. Also got razor burn and the barber wasn't gentle with my hair. I understand my hair can be unruly and tangled but don't try ripping it out. If you need a haircut quick then settle for this place, otherwise look elsewhere, there are more affordable places in this city

I've been coming here for over a year now. I have a favorite barber that I usually check to see if they are there in advance. That said, I have been served by the others and can't complain. I have at least twenty cow-licks and they tame them well. I have a bumpy head and they make it look smooth. I have an ugly mug and they make it better. Good Stuff.

Large and Spacious Barber Shop with experienced and friendly staff. This place offers different levels of services from an express cut to complete hair treatment. The prices are reasonable considering the fact it is located inside a shopping complex and well maintained. Normal hair cut is $21 and the charges vary according to the complexity and extra options. I liked this place and would go for a haircut once in a while for sure.

During my recent trip I found this place very unhygienic. Chair was full of hair and the barber didn't do much to clean it off, didn't bother to sweep up after the clients before me, so the floor was absolutely covered as well. His booth was covered in hair and his storage drawer (which was open; resting all the electric razors) was LOADED with hair. The electric razor he was going to use was covered still covered in someone elses hair, and when I asked him to clean it (which I assume would be done with a wipe or some sort of sanitary device) he just said "It's just hair" and brushed it with a brush. I didn't see any available sanitary solution available for him to use and he seemed to not understand what I was implying. Regardless, I wish I just walked out as my clothes are covered in someones hair now and I feel very gross. Screw this place. Will not return.

Moe is ma' main man! I've been going here for a couple months now and definitely feeling this is where I'll stick. They have walk-in appointments and everyone is super friendly and willing to give some advice. I've been able to develop a pretty decent relationship in such a short period of time which creates the experience...which is the MAIN thing I thing should be searched for. Everyone can do a decent hair cut, but very few barbers are actually able to get involved in your life and make it more interesting. I have always gotten exactly the hair cut I want and prices are pretty moderate. Parking at Bonnie Doon Mall is free and usually lots available. If you're waiting for a haircut, you can also explore the mall or the food court. Overall a good experience.

The guys here are so patient with my sons and I can usually get 2 in at the same time so we are in and out within 30mins. I was hear a few days ago. When I arrived I wasn't greater bye any of the barbers. They didn't tell me to sit down when he moved the chair just rubbed me the wrong way. After I got got my hair cut I noticed my part line was way off and looks hideous. I had to get him to re cut a few times and the stuff he missed. When I got him there was a few fly away hairs I had to trim off myself. And the fade I got also had a few very noticeable hairs I had to pull out or cut. Definitely won't be going back for this kind of quality.

I've been coming here for 3 years and today will be my last. The girl who cut my hair this morning was the rudest barber I've ever had. She didn't even say "hello" or a single word to me during the entire cut. If you're in the customer service industry then at least you should have some decent manners and be polite with people. She just wanted to get done as quickly as possible and the hair cut shows it. When I arrived every staff member was sitting on their chairs staring at their cell phones oblivious to the world or customers around them. The secretary at the front counter was facetiming someone on her phone the entire time I was there even when dealing with customers. Every time I go for my cut there seems to be new people, a revolving door business with high turn over. I've always tipped almost 100 percent during all my previous cuts but lately it's been getting lower and lower as the service just isn't professional or courteous anymore. Seems like they only care about getting people in and out as fast as possible so they can collect their money. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere where you don't feel like a number and where people have the basic decency to at least treat you like a human being.

I used to go to Tommy guns barber shop but I did not like how they were over charging me $40 for a hair cut this place is half the price and still get a clean precision and professional cut, when you go to get your haircut and see it after it is all done it looks like if you got ur cut by a high end professional. And the best part is you hardly have to wait to get your haircut done even if it is busy you really only have to wait like 5min which is great! The staff are really nice and chill and open minded, you get a really cool easy going vib when you go there. The location is good to it's just right in front of the doors beside Safeway so you don't have to walk so much in the mall

My hair dresser was rude from the start and did a terrible job. Not to mention fairly expensive prices. Not impressed. Luckily I was giving myself pretty good haircuts during the pandemic so I'll just have to fix it myself... I personally would not recommend this place unfortunately.

Took my nephew here for a haircut, the barber Justin was amazing with his his cut and customer service. My teenage nephew is ill mannered but Justin easily took charge of the situation and handled him with care and patience. Will bring him here and hope to be a long time client and maybe my nephew can learn a thing or two.
