I went for a cut on July 25th having never been to a barber before. I was greeted by Andrew, who was very professionally dressed and actively engaged in conversation the entire time, which was great! He was very meticulous and thorough with the cut and also razor shaved the back of my neck. Felt like a million bucks!

Great shop, very clean with a good atmosphere. I was a walk in, and was accommodated easily. I was served by the barber Jonah, who asked a multitude of questions regarding what I wanted, offered suggestions to suit my specific hair flow, and was in general a good dude. I don't live in Saint John, otherwise this would be my go-to shop.

Probably the best barber in the city, but seems like no staff is ever in. I was there on tuesday afternoon and only 1 barber in with a 4 person wait. Came back Thrusday and still only 1 barber this time thankfully only 2 in front. Great cuts though.

Worst experience I've had in a long time. Me and 2 other customers waited for 40 minutes to be told they are booked for the day... I was not greeted at the door, I sat down and listened to them talk about cash only job front and dumping bodies. Just to be told a half hour later they can't take anymore people for the day. Never again

walked in....no one in the place....after 5 minutes the barber and a customer came in....they had been outside chatting. I had a full beard and sat for 45 minutes without being acknowledged. When I got to sit in the seat, I asked for a shave and short haircut. I was told there were no towels available so he could not give me a shave. Maybe a heads up before waiting 45 minutes would be in order. ( as I stated...I had a full beard)..... perhaps I was there for a shave, but I was not even acknowledged. Take this one off my list.

I've had many barbers in my life. But the atmosphere in this particular place was very positive and the energy was high. The owner was very punctual in saying that if he did have somebody ahead of me he always made it comfortable. Very much respect to this humble and yet electric world of the craft of a barbers. But especially this one as the hospitality was enormously great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a smooth cut.

You are lucky if you find a guy who is actually passionate about his job at Brick. I had to stand outside in -14 to wait for my turn, okay understandable, it was because of COVID and precautions we all taking, cool, but the way the gentleman cut my hair was the worst experience I had. He was literally using his cell phone every next minute. Awfully poor service.

Have you ever heard of over doing the stuff? You might think that it is a good thing but trust me, when it comes to haircuts, it is not. The guy who was cutting my hair just kept in making it symmetrical that I ended up with a 1 cm hair. I looked like a drug addict for an entire month till it grew back.

Bad place, Andrew doesn’t listen to what you ask for and proceeded to ruin my hair in 5 seconds. Just tried to give me a haircut like his own, even though I was very clear. Just talks non stop, so probably just doesn’t pay attention.

Recently found this place. Had a haircut two months ago and I'm satisfied with everything. Staff are very friendly. You can just walk-in and sit for a few minutes. I brought my nephews there last week and they did a good job. The only issue for me was the cash only. They don't accept any debit or credit card.
