james is the best. unfortunately steven seems to be a beginner and doesnt even know how to do fade! asked for a mid fade and just went all the way up in gauge 1. told him how long i wanted the top was after being asked but eventually he slowly trimmed ending up with a whole lot shorter than i wanted. felt like cutting my own hair would have been better lol!

I've been coming to this shop since they open and wow all I can say is that this shop is CLEAN, MODERN and the staff is FRIENDLY, and PROFESSIONAL . Hieu always does a great job in cutting my hair and keeps me fresh everytime I walk out of this shop. I always feel like I jump from 5 to a 10 after every haircut I get from him. Would recommend coming here if you're in a dire need of a haircut and need a little confidence boost. 100/10 stars if i could.

Wow, easily the best Barbershop I've been to! It's clean and very well maintained accompanied by a welcoming staff. Hieu gave me the best haircut I've EVER had from anyone before. The prices are great and shop is so phenomenal that I'm more than willing to drive from Coquitlam to come back. If you want to be fresh AF and feel yourself a little too much, then this place WON'T disappoint!

Had my haircut in this place for the first time. I was quite skeptical to come because the place is new. Since I live in the area, I bite the bullet and went in. I was greeted by the staff with a smile (even with the masks on, you can tell). The place is clean and they are following the safety protocols that was set (i.e. temperature check and mask on). I had Adrian to do haircut, he is very knowledgeable, patient and he take his time to make you look good. Like most reviews said, the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. Will definitely recommend this place for people who are looking for a good haircut.

James and his staff are elite of the elite. When I moved into town, one of my main concerns was finding a new barber near by as I can be very picky with my hair. I was introduced to James and couldn't have been more pleased with his skills and spunky personality. He is truly a master in his craft and does his best to make sure I am satisfied everytime. The shop is always spotless and is located in the hip and modern area of central Surrey. If you don't have a car, the SkyTrain is just down the block. Check my man out, you won't be disappointed!

I’ve been going to James for 5 years now, and I would honestly not go to anyone else. Sitting on the chair is always a welcomed experience with him. He keeps me laughing and engaged , so the appointment goes by like that! I first met him at my gym where I told him I was looking for a new barber , someone who can help give me a new look. (Was alternating between chuck liddell buzzed Mohawk and caveman freestyle...yea I needed help) He was then at another barber shop , Sam & Jamals, when I first got my haircut by him. I told him do whatever he thinks would look best, and I was not disappointed. Since then I’ve been going to him and only him . I never need to ask him to do any adjustments, and he’s constantly changing things up ever so slightly to make sure I keep looking fresh. I sometimes let him now what function I need to get ready for , and he will style my hair to make it look the best. (If it’s a formal event where I need to look more classy, or going on a prolonged vacation where I might not be able to get another cut for a few weeks) An awesome guy to talk to , and a superbly skilled barber Highly recommended
