So when I was approached by a worker there they said what kind of haircut do you want I said I want a comb over and they were very nice and all but they gave me the guy in training. I thought I will give him a chance he seemed like a nice guy. But he messed up my sides and he gave me a bald spot and he said it is my birthmark but I have never seen it there. Overall they were nice people not very happy with the quality of the haircut.

Worst!! Worst experience ever. My friend suggested me this place for threading. She had a good experience with the others girls. But when I went, a lady did my eyebrows and she did them all wrong. She was very rude and have no idea what coustomer service is about. She did not even clean my eyes for hairs or apply any moisturizer after threading. I would never come back here and definitely don't recommend this place. They lost a potential reguler customer. I went there for a haircut and whilst cutting my hair they started talking badly about me in hindi thinking I didn't understand. Later on she asked me how long i wanted my front layers and I asked for up to my chin but she cut it up to my nose and now it looks like I have a mullet (I'm a woman). She also made my hair uneven, its a whole inch longer on the left side.

Horrible . I usually like this place to do my threading but the last time I went , the lady who attended me wasn’t good at all . She did my brows very bad . I understand usually if someone’s having a bad day or maybe something went wrong while doing my threading, I would have let it go but this lady did not give me a mirror for me to check nor did she give me any cream or anything to apply on my face after the threading . She just made me get up quickly, made me pay fast and leave . So unpleasant. It was such a horrible experience and I don’t think I will ever visit this place again . Extremely horrible and extremely unpleasant. Everyone one else has behaved nice there except for this one lady . So disappointed.

I have afro hair which requires an experienced hairdresser. Then a newer employee shows up (less experience/in-training) and the more experienced barbers direct him to me. I could tell from looking at the owner that he had no clue what to do with afro style hair that he instead of telling me as soon as I arrived waited for an inexperienced kid to attempt to do my haircut. I highly do not recommend this place if you are any race other than Indo-canadian/Punjabi/Fijian. Clearly they only specialize in their own race. Owner had clearly known he wasted my time as I clearly told them. I refuse to come here again. On top of that the haircuts I saw getting done were mediocre at best. I could get a better haircut at greatclips.

A very bad and disappointing experience at Sonu's. If you run a business - it is important that you be honest in your dealings with clients Never- ever - will I walk into this place again I went in and was told by the owner that a hair trim and one colour dying will be $75.Highlights were an additional $95. I had no plans to do any highlights. She said it was $75. I proceeded. When the coloring was done.- the shop got busier and the owner got greedier. The owner-(she)- changed her mind.She said that only if I did the highlights will she trim my hair as well. My hair was wet and I walked out of the place without even drying my hair.- I paid the $75. Never- never agin. I have some friends who go there and I will share my experience with all that I meet.

Very disappointed in the service and system here. This was my first time to this barber shop and will be my last time. I will say they did ensure that the appointment started at 9:45am, but that is about all that was correct. The barber I booked my appointment with using their app SonuHairCut was not the barber that cut my hair. Failure to service one. Second failure was the haircut style I wanted was nothing like what I showed the barber. I explained to the barber exactly what I wanted and showed pictures to ensure he understood and still he failed. When it came to beard work that failed just as much. The beard was trimmed before and lined already which he was able to keep with but came to clean the area around it he missed patches. For a first experience this is by far the worst. When comes to value this place charges the same as many others at $34 for haircut and beard without tip so I would say I get what I paid for but I have gone to others and they do a much better job for a few dollars less. Sonu or management of this establishment feel free to contact me as I would like to discuss the mistakes to help in anyway. I do not want a refund or anything just want to discuss the mistakes and downfalls. Having a friend recommend you was a disappointment.

The 3 brothers have been cutting my hair since the day Sonu Haircut opened and haven’t left them since. All three have treated me with great respect at every cut. Last few years, they’ve expanded their business but they have not changed. Still the same humble and family oriented. I’ve never had to wait more then 10mins (which is expected at any barber shop), and never walked out disappointed. Highly recommend them.

The person that greeted me at the door was friendly, as was my barber, who was meticulous and recut my hair when I decided that it needed to be a bit shorter. However, I don’t think that Covid-19 protocols are being taken seriously enough. There was only one other patron besides myself wearing a mask, at least one employee was wearing their mask improperly, one didn’t have one on at all and attempts to create a socially distant environment was lax. Please do better, we’re not out of the woods yet!
