I had an appointment booked then got a call 4 hours before my appointment saying there was a scheduling mishap and in order to get this other client in "I'm the only thorn in their side that they have to shuffle around". Hopefully this review isn't too much of a thorn in your side. I'm disappointed in the professionalism. I recieved a call from the stylist shortly after this review and she made a great effort to make things right. Thank you

Got my wedding hair done by Brittany and I loved it. She was sooo friendly, laid back, professional and I got sooo many compliments! Her partner was amazing too!(can't remember her name!) The Hair Mob was easy to communicate with, great prices, and amazing staff! Definitely recommend! Just wish we had them in Calgary!!

There are so many places to get your hair cut in Cranbrook but THIS is the place you should go! It's wide open and super welcoming. It's decorated so beautifully and the people working there are SO kind. They give you tea or coffee when you first enter and the are sooo many options for that. It's the place you should be taking your business. The one you should get to cut your hair is Deni. She "will never deny u even the most ridiculous request" lol get what you want. Come here

This used to be my favorite place, but after my previous experience I will never come here again. The hairdressers asked me how much I was willing to pay before they started dying my hair. I let them know I had $300, but I didn't expect it to cost more than $200. I'd asked them for pink & blonde hair but when I was finished, it was dark grey. When I got to the counter they told me it was $400. No one had let me know beforehand that I was going over budget. Previously, my hair had been down to my belly button, and when I left it was only down to my chest... I didn't want any cut off. Just a trim. There were more things that happened, other than this, but these were the biggest parts.This could all have been fixed, except after numerous phone calls and a few facebook messages which had all been ignored, I've decided to let other people not to go here due to the unprofessional ism. Don't go here.
