Wow! Had a fantastic experience. Nirali took great care of me. Hair and beard. As someone who is always anxious about getting their hair cut, she was patient and kind. Felt reassured and super comfortable. She didn’t go off on her own idea, we discussed what would be best. She took off at least 6 inches of hair and I have never felt better. For the service I received, the price was not and issue.

Great location. Good vibe overall. Skilled Barbers. Andrew is world class. Been going here for 9 years now. Price(s) are a tad high, although they do slightly vary by barber. However, it is indicative of the area and type of clientele they attract. The music selection is suspect, when it is actually working. While the chairs and sinks are in great condition and in line with the aesthetic of the barbershop, they are functionality outdated. Clients are not just paying for the haircut but rather the entire experience. Having chairs that recline the client so the back of their head is directly in the sink is a much needed upgrade IMO. Owner is brash but has a good sense of humor, likable guy.

I've been here several times and the service is great and obviously they bump up the price because it is the financial district. However the older men don't seem to know more modern haircuts. More than once I've been let down with my haircut. What type of barber doesn't know what a fade is? And what kind of straight edge razor shave doesn't cut all the hairs? I can shave closer to the skin at home. The only one that can cut and shave that I've seen is the young woman that works there. If it wasn't for her I would be rating one star. You would expect more from a place that charges $50 for a cut and another $45 for a beard trim.

Where to begin? The booking website is not clear. It says “Line up”, but doesn’t tell you what tools are involved. Some barbershops do line-ups with a straight razor while others do it with a trimmer. This clarity is needed at this shop because the price different between a trimmer line up (which is $22 and takes 5 minutes) and a straight razor trim/line up ($47!!!) is gigantic. But pricing aside, I just had a sub-par experience. I won’t say who I got service from as I respect people doing their jobs, but not only did I have to pay $22 (plus tip) for a <5-minute neck beard line-up I could (and should have, in retrospect) done at home, but the blade hurt my neck not once, but twice, and now I have a rash on my neck as a result. It was just a really sub-par experience for something that should have been pretty simple, honestly. Won’t be coming back here again and having been to multiple barbershops in the path (including Maverick, Taylor & Colt, etc.), this was probably the worst one.

Highly recommend, I first purchased the Aftershave Balm and Shaving Cream from a local store which no longer offers this product unfortunately. This time i ordered directly and received very quickly and its was literally wrapped with a bow and a hand signed thank you card....super classy guys...also samples of scents that i was on the fence about...beauty touch there. Ill be shaving twice a week instead of once from here on out.

Complete joke of a place. I booked a haircut appointment for 12:15. I get there for 12:10 and am told they do not book by the quarter hour and the receptionist tried to get a hold of me. A) why does your online booking tool allow to book on the quarter hour if you can not honor it, secondly the receptionist never called. All this being said I waited till 12:30 and still they were not ready for me. I walk out at 12:34 and the receptionist goes it is only 4 minutes over. Someone paying these prices for a haircut can afford too because their time is important. They need to start valuing their customers time and stop deflecting.

Frank (one of the barbers) is the best barber I’ve ever had and believe it I would ever have. His professionalism is absolutely great. He’s very classy as classy as they came at fact. One thing that’s above all that is his extraordinary haircuts. I’ve tried many barbers in my life but no one has top the excellent work frank had done to my hair. Overall is was one of the most amazing experience that I’ve got in a long time. If your looking for a barber that trust me franks the guy for you. I may warn you, you might not want any other person cutting your hair. He’s really got that special touch.
