Get your fade here! This place is outstanding! This is what all barber shops should be like, they raise the bar and make it hard to believe you were ever okay going elsewhere. Professional barbers in uniform. They look sharp as hell and make you feel confident in their ability to cut your hair. They all wear long sleeves shirts tucked into their pants with ties or bow ties. The decore is modern urban with a flat screen tv, pool table, and great music blaring. The cut itself was was fast, clean, precise, and on pointe in every way. They do straight razor shaves without cutting you up. This place is really top notch and I'd expect to pay about $50.00 for this kind of service but got away with half that including a $5.00 tip which I feel now was insufficient in hindsight.

First time there. Went for a haircut and a shave (had a moustache and some beard growth that I wanted all removed). Had a young barber that seemed a little timid. He didn't cut my hair in the front until I told him to. Shave was mostly good. He left some hair at the bottom of my neck that I had to remove with my electric razor when I got home. I would go back again despite these issues.

I wanna give a big shoutout to my barber Ozzie! It was my first time ever here and i came in extremely nervous. I had been growing my hair out for 3 years so i had been conflicted with deciding which shop i should choose to get a serious cut from. Ive had extremely bad haircut experiences in the past which led me to growing out my hair in the first place. I really needed a barber i could have nothing but communication with and Ozzie gave me that. We spent a good chunk of time before even starting just sitting there discussing every little thing and he talked me through every step away, easing any anxieties i had since it was a pretty major moment for me. I learned a lot about what went wrong specifically with my past haircuts which comforts me that i can put my trust into Ozzie and the shop for all my future cuts. He put up with all my cluelessness and being so picky the whole way through all while having a great time. Thanks again to Ozzie and Stache for the wonderful experience, cant wait for next time.

My tip is to checkout their website and make an appointment from there. It’s super easy and I have never had to wait past my appointment time. This place is cash only.

Worst Barbershop I have ever been to, period! This place has really poor customer service, parking and business etiquette. It’s very rare I give such a low review but this place has earned its 2 star review easily and with no reservations whatsoever. I found this place online a month ago. I went there on my lunch, needing just a quick cleanup (just my lines) and thought it would be in and out. First of all, parking is hard to find there, it’s a unkept back lot with cars parked everywhere and without proper designation. Upon walking in, I notice they have 7 barbers working with only 2 people in front of me. Not a bad wait right? Wrong. You are greeted but some young guy who loves to shake hands. I walk in, guys shakes hand, asks me for some information and before I sit down wants to shake my hand again. I was hesitant, but I gave him what he wanted. I always feel a shake of hands is very proper and respectful, but more than once in a 5 minute period from someone who is not your personal friend is abusing what the value and meaning of a shake is. I feel like you are trying to hard when you do things like that. Anyway, I end up waiting almost 2 hours for a line up because all the barbers go to lunch almost at the same time. And the hand shaking guy puts a girl and her kids in front of me and she did not have an appointment. After an hour and a half he comes to me and says, “your next bro, I got you with s good barber” and reaches to shake my hand and I look at his hand and decline. I could totally tell it hurt his ego. So much he went to cry to the barber who was going to do my hair. This place is a joke. DO NOT COME HER

I really enjoyed this place. I will be recommending it all of my friends. Setting/location: It has plenty of parking, is clean, ambient, and smells good/clean. The floor was well-swept. There is plenty of room for social distancing. Barbers wear masks and gloves. The music was really loud and contemporary. It was hard to hear my barber when he asked me questions. But I really liked the music, so the noise didn't bother me. The decor was "old timey" and "rockabilly". Stache House is safe and welcoming for young children and teens. Price: $25 for 30 minutes. I was satisfied with this price. My barber used his whole 30 minutes to trim, buzz, brush, comb, and style my hair. Important note, Stache barbers only take cash. They have an ATM if needed and there is a small fee to withdraw. Service: My barber was Eddie. He greeted me with a smile when I came in and was very welcoming. His consultation was very good; he asked me very good questions and his technique was very good. He had a very delicate touch and took his time. I did not know what I wanted when I went in. He asked me what I wanted, made a few suggestions, and allowed me to opportunities to change anything I didn't like. This made me feel really comfortable. My hair turned out better than I imagined. I was more than satisfied. Best time to come: Early in the morning. They can get really busy. Overall experience: I was very satisfied and will be back (and bring friends). I recommend Eddie as a barber.

NO TIME MANAGEMENT. VALUE OTHER PEOPLE'S TIME. I am regular here. I always book an appointment for my visit. Evrytime they delayed it by 15/25 mins. I go there on time and wait and sit like a stupid person. If I have to wait after having an appointment then why to book an appointment? I would say please value other people's time and follow the appointment schedule. They have great service however if some newbie is cutting your hair then god bless you.

I came in without an appointment. They hooked me up with Jose. I had a 8 month beard growth and wasn’t sure what to do with it. I first got my head straight razor shaved then Jose went to work on my beard. He is a true artist. I was blown away how great the beard came out. They’ve got a new dedicated customer for life.

Havent been in a barber shop in years and this place was perfect. For 15 bucks, Ozzy was understanding, helpful, and worked with exactly what I wanted; to keep my beard full, and shape it for growth. I requested scissor trim over the clippers and he did a fantastic job. The environment is clean and fun, and the barbers are friendly and professional. James Brown and George Clinton played the entire time and I couldn't have been happier. I would however recommend that stache house invests in bamboo/wooden combs rather than plastic ones. Companies mass produce plastic combs in huge cutout sheets. So they pop out combs leaving them with imperfections that can snag on your beard hairs. Bamboo/wood is individually crafted and also a fairly cheap option. All in all, extremely satisfied and Ozzy deserves the 5 star. Thanks!

The theme they have going is nice and the uniforms they wear adds a nice touch. However, not a place for someone in there late 30's. Too much noise in the waiting area and the shop, they had 2 television sets trying to drown out the loud music they were playing in the rest of the barbershop. It didn't help that everyone who cut hair was in there early 20s.

This is the only shop I trust to cut my hair. The staff is knowledgeable and talented and very diverse with their skills. I've had many cuts and a couple shaves over the last year since moving to the area and I'm a customer for life. They can get a little busy, so book ahead, but walk-ins are welcome, but they only take cash. ATM on site. Ask for Chris. He's the guy I always go to. You won't be sorry. But really, I trust all of them with my hair.

This barber isn't like any barbershop I've been to. Everything is clean, there's ample seating and they were incredibly comfortable compared to other shops I've been to. We were seen on time, and thats rare. Im a mother of 2 boys and i hate when i have to wait hours just for them to be seen then another hour for their haircut in the most uncomfortable chairs. So i will definitely be coming back here again, and again, and again.

I have been here twice now. First experience was good. They got to me on time and service was good as well .The second time they were about 20 minutes late to my appointment even though I made sure to check-in and service was rushed. I was late to work and I wasn't happy with the result. I hate to give one star because of one bad experience.

Ive been here 3 times now and let me start by saying the professionalism and decor is great. Very new-age/oldschool barber shop. Im very particular about my hair and beard so I only go here for that reason. I think I have only waited about 5 min. the second time I went, and thats with no appointment, (however, they do recommend making one). The music they play is at the perfect volume, so your able to communicate with your barber, and (in my opinion) they play great music. If your hesitant about giving this place a try, please take my recommendation and make an appointment. Cheers. -Matt L

For $20 plus tip, i expect much more. lets just say i could have done a better job with the fade and i have never cut hair. haircut is embarrassing, went to buy a hat afterwards. thanks but no thanks, lesson learned

Love this place. Mostly because they don't mind me having my son there especially when he is on my lap. The guys, Alex and Eddie, not once made a face or sighed when my son got bored of playing with their dog and went to sit on my lap. These guys are courteous and professional. Oh yea and the dog. I was really glad about how my hair cut came out ,alex did a great job on my comb over and was patient with me because I knew what I wanted but I didn't know how I wanted it so he helped me out and gave me a great cut and a shout out to the lady at the front she was super nice and offered to give me some water after riding on my board to get there, I also wanna apologize for seeming a little rude as to not shake her hand when I walked in (and for also making this review long) the music was bangin by the way, overall the cut was great, the music was great and the people were awesome. I was looking for a new barber in town, and decided to try Stache House because of the convenient location and positive reviews. My intention was to find a barber who cuts my hair how I like and someone I can consistently give my business to. I like to know what to expect when I come in for a cut. I scheduled an appointment online and selected a barber who I was referred to beforehand. When I arrived for my apt, I was told that my barber left early and that I could wait for the next barber available. No worries, it happens. The next time I booked an appointment, I came in and was told that my barber left early. Like I said it happen(s). But where is the heads up communication? I was contacted before both visits by phone, where the owner called to push me to arrive early, but didn’t inform me that my barber wouldn’t be at my apt. I would only find this out after arriving at Stache House. This confused me a little bit. Was this a purposeful omission, so they could still get the business? The third time I booked an appointment, I arrived and was told that my barber wasn’t there (no show). I later found out that the barber had been given the day off. Again, things happen that we don’t always plan for. I wish I could say that there was still some communication and concern from the leadership at Stache House, but there was absolutely none. It’s impossible to build trust without communication. When appointments are consistently cancelled, there is zero upfront communication and the management doesn’t care, it makes for a very low quality of service experience. Their vintage theme is pretty cool though.
