Had an haircut appointment for 5:45 PM with Pablo. Walked in at 5:40 and said he is "almost done”. If over 25 mins means almost done I wonder what soon would mean ????. Morale of the story is if you have an appointment, don’t expect a timely service anytime soon. What a joke lol. When I checked over the guy wasn’t even half done. Please be considerate of your potential clients time Would not recommend.

They cut good hair but they go by appointments. You make appointments and they are ALWAYS late resulting in long waits and scheduling problems. The receptionist was not accommodating and never fixed my issue. Think twice before coming here and clear your schedule! You never know how long you will be waiting with your scheduled appointment!

After reading the glowing reviews of this place and not having had a proper haircut in over 8 months, I was very excited when I booked my 10:00 am appointment with Chaz. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a haircut because Chaz was over 30 minutes late and I could not wait any longer because I had other things scheduled that were also time-dependent—which is why I got the appointment. It doesn’t matter how good your shop is or how amazing the barber is if he doesn’t respect people’s time.

The shop is a clean, modern space, with great staff. I have been going to Nick for over 8 years now. Nick has always provided me a grade A service. Nick has always been awesome at what he does, both from a professional standpoint, and regarding his personality. I cannot praise the efficiency of their online booking service enough! It allows you to book and PAY for your appointment ahead of time. Our barber is very popular so this helps us see his availability and choose a time that works for us. Also, I hardly ever carry cash so we don’t have to stop by the bank on our way in. Most importantly my son is always happy with his haircut which he changes up from time to time. Our barber is awesome! Ask for Terry!

Made an appointment for a haircut, and 5 minutes before it starts they call to tell me they will be running 15 late. I wait for 20 minutes as I see my barber finish a haircut and take a brand new client. As I ask the front desk what’s going on they say he is just running a little behind….If you take appointments, be professional and honor them.

Trying to find a new barber was not easy especially with the style I’m looking for with the hair I have but once I found Stache I knew that was going to be my shop for life. I met Michael Checko, owner of Stache, and got my haircut and beard trim with him. It was exactly what I wanted and more. Without even bringing it up to them I had my family and friends giving me compliments on the haircut telling me this was the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. The shop is very clean and professional with a modern look. You make your appointment online, walk in, check in with the receptionist, and you’re sitting in the chair within minutes. If you want to treat yourself they give you a hot towel and use a massage gun to make it an unreal experience. Amazing haircut, great service and environment, and multiple options! Checko and Stache barbershop is the best spot I’ve been too! Would recommend to anyone looking to get a clean cut that will have you feeling good about yourself!

As a first time customer coming out of the caveman COVID period, I was hesitant to go into any establishment. Upon arriving, I noted the extra steps they took to make sure their customers were safe, as well as the employees being comfortable coming to work. The attention to detail and professionalism Chaz had during my cut was enchanting. Chaz did not make me feel rushed and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I will be coming back!
