Very unskilled barbers. I had coupon to use so I decided to give it a try. At first the old lady was hurting my skull with the brush cut. Then start the hot blow dryer on my face to blow the excess hair off my face. JESUS CHRIST. She ruins my hair and she blamed me for not knowing what I wanted. If you are someone who likes to style his hair, I encourage you to not go there at all since they know nothing but a basic super short cut. OH MY. The language barrier was something special lol. on my visit I saw 20 kids getting haircuts so I’m thinking this place is really for kids hair NOT ADULT. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. go to your regular barbershop.

My son just came back from getting his haircut. It is literally the worst haircut I've ever seen. The lady cutting his hair totally disregarded his instructions. He asked for "just a trim". She told him it was "too long", and then hacked off an alarming amount. She left him with these bizarre and uneven two inch bangs. The rest is horribly and erratically shaved! I phoned the shop right away to arrange to get this fixed. They don't even have their mailbox initialized. We'll need to go back, or go elsewhere to get this mess cleaned-up.

Went in with a coupon for the MVP haircut, received a late service that was rushed, the stylist wouldn’t listen to what I asked for and when I proceeded to tell that I was unsatisfied with what I got during the cut AND got into an argument ok what I asked for... very displeased as the cut wasn’t fully completed and very poorly done. Also went on to argue the coupon I had... Wouldn’t recommend going there as the prices are high and the service isn’t...

Horrible haircut. Due to my regular barber bek g out of town and I needed a haircut I expected it to atleast be a step up from first choice. Needed to go to first choice afterwards to kinda fix my haircut. But was hard due to how bad they cut my hair here. Even charged me the full 25$ for it.

I brought both my sons for a cut about a week ago. An 8 and 11 yearold. I still cant beleive how bad the 8 year old's cut was. By the time she was finished he had product in there no chance to get things fixed. Still noticing today some super long hair at his neck. Not going to hide that for the price they charge... this should not be a concern. Expensive. The cut for the 11 year old was good...

Been going here for the last couple years, love the environment, and the staff. Never had an issue with a cut and the minuscule price increase for an MVP cut is 100% worth it. Would reccomend it to any guy wanting to relax while getting his cut.

This is my go to hair cutting place. I have had bad experiences here but they have corrected them and I have been back roughly 3 times without any problems Been coming here for over a year. I recommend that if you are stopping in for a haircut use the online register beats sitting waiting for the next available.

I've been a frequent client until recently. I waited for 25 minutes when there was a sign that said "No wait", and when it was my turn, someone walked in the door and they took the person that walked in instead, despite the fact that I had signed in. I tried to get the hairdresser's attention several times but I was ignored by her. I sat there for ten minutes and and then decided to get my hair cut elsewhere. You've been getting a lot of negative reviews lately, some of your employees need to check their attitude.

I went there for the first time yesterday and it was an amazing experience! The setting of the barbershop was really fancy and the staff were really nice! The service was really top notch and they have a really good promotion going on when you come for the first time. Krystal ruined my hair by not listening to my request on how I wanted my hair cut. Didn't take into consideration of my hairline and didn't seem to care about what I wanted done. Then when I pointed it out she made excuses and tried to blame ME for not informing her what I wanted which I clearly did. I might have to speak to the owner about this one.

Took my sons in for a haircut today, we have gone there before and the staff last time were so kind! Today however, the service by Krystal was HORRIBLE!! She called my sons name, he said "what", and she said very rudely "well you came in for a haircut so let's go". My 5 year old autistic son was trying his very best to stay still (and he was doing great), only moving his head slightly, she kept saying very rudely "stay still" "stop moving your head" "stop moving" "you need to listen", she then began to move his head back to the position she needed it in quite forcefully. I watched very angrily and then she said to him with a firm tone "you're not listening to me, stay still!" So I said "youre doing great buddy!!" This woman needs to take a class for customer service, and how to treat children. I gave her a $1.00 tip for the good looking cut, and that was it due to her horrendous attitude. My other son got his hair cut by Jennifer and she was fantastic! For those with children, do NOT take them to Krystal.

Wanted a haircut Saturday afternoon. On the front door, the shop hours showed that it closes at 6:00 pm. I walked in at 4:10 and the hairdresser told me they were closed as she was cutting someone’s hair. I told her that their front door shows 6:00 pm for closing. She didn’t even acknowledge what I told her...not professional..many businesses are struggling because of Covid-19 and these people are turning away customers well within their advertised hours of business. Won’t go back and will recommend to others to go elsewhere.

Honestly I would give a 10 if possible. The service is great and friendly. The atmosphere is amazing. I get my hair cut by a young lady named Ashley. She is amazing. Every cut I have had has been spectacular. I used to go to a high end barber in ottawa but since I started going here I get a haircut, massage and wash for less than I used to pay for a fade. Love this place and its staff are all amazing.

You get what you pay for, had an apprentice cut my hair alone with no one watching over her. She didn’t fade it very well. Went down the road and spent an extra $10 at Imperial where they did a great job (and fully trained barbers). Won’t be wasting anymore time here

Went here for haircut. asked for # 4 on top and #2 on sides. Not only could you clearly see the line, but when I asked for the lady to blend it , she told me bluntly " that's what you asked for". Also missed a spot at the back. BUT THE BIG KICKER, 30$ , for a brushcut! Learn from my mistake: DONT GO!

For me when I bring both of my boys to have an haircut , it's long and a never ending experience. But I found this place, they have big screen TV's and sports magazines. Yes the cuts are on the expensive side but they totally deserve it.

This place was all about service and they have a new twist on what that includes. Went with my 3 boys who were all happy with their cuts. 10/10 However...they assured me they are also all familiar with women's cuts. I asked for a long bang on one side below the ear and ended up with a ball of hair up beside my eyes. Just hacked it off and it will take me a out a year to grow this back. We went in beacuse they gave out introductory coupons for free cuts. Guess you get what you pay for. If they want to specialize in men's cuts, maybe they should stick to that. Ladies beware. 1/10.

I’ve attended this barbershop several times in the past and found the staff enjoyable and pleasant. Yesterday I booked my appointment on line for 4:31. Arrived shortly before my booking and checked in. My barber was Nick, never met him, didn’t know him but he was the one available. I was waiting until 4:45 and decided to ask Nick why the wait? He replied he (and another barber) we’re almost done with a client. He added it would take a few more minutes. At 4:50 I decided it was time to leave. In the future I may return here, but certainly not have Nick do the work.

I would not recommend this place. I was given a free coupon by a friend so I thought I'd try it out. The haircut was done so poorly that when I went home I had to locate a pair of scissors because it was cut uneven in some places by a few centimeters.

Becoming a user is frustrating. They have forgone the personal touch of booking an appointment in person and yes the digital is the way of the future. But they just leave you to sign up on their tablet instore or you can Register on your own device. Second no hard appointments....I can get in digital line and they will txt when my turn is coming up, but basically if you want to get a haircut Saturday you could wait all day so don't make any plans. You don't have to wait in store but you will wait...and no idea how long... don't wander too far because if you don't take your seat in time your off the list.
