Great old school barbershop to get an awesome haircut. My hair and beard were insane and needed a lot of attention. John did a fantastic job and is super friendly. I would recommend this place and its vintage vibe to any guy looking to get a good cut in a clean, chill atmosphere. Best part is that you can actually make an appointment online instead of showing up and having to sit around for God knows how long. Making an appointment was easy and all done from their website. One of the best barbershops I've been to in a long time. All they need now is free beer (ha). If you're in need of a good cut, these guys can do it. Definitely worth the time to come check it out. You can't go wrong with Skinny's. I strongly recommend it to all my friends and neighbors.

It's a 70 mile drive for me, but well worth it to have Jamie cut my hair. I followed her here from her previous upscale shop. She's a Crossover Barber, which means she's trained as a barber as well as a comotologist. My previous stylist was only trained in cosmetology and could never get my hair right. Jamie is a real pro top notch barber like none I've seen in many years. My wife is very critical of hair cuts and I've finally found someone that I don't have to go back to for something to be corrected. The shop and Jamie are keepers and will be my permanent shop for hair styling.

These guys strive to give you an old fashion barber experience. The chairs and most the furniture in the place are vintage. I have seen Alex every time and will continue to come back. Along with just a haircut you can get a straight razor shave that they go all out on including the hot towel! In the end it's a great place with pro barbers!

This was our first and last appointment at Skinny's. Came in for a haircut for my 5 year old. He had an appointment with Alex. We received no greeting. My son was nervous at a new place so this type of customer service didn't help calm his nerves. Further more I was treated terribly for not knowing the correct barbershop terminology for what type of hair cut we wanted. I tried the best I could (what I've always said at other salons without being talked down to that was just fine for them) yet that wasnt good enough here. Almost in tears, I finally managed to find a picture that seemed sufficient enough for our barber. Throughout the haircut, he had no patience for a 5 year getting his hair cut. I wanted to leave so many times at how poorly he was treating the both of us. My son also got cut near his ear and we never received an apology. Ive never felt this type of way at a child's haircut.
