My husband gets his hair cut by Adi. He really likes how he looks when he gets home from Little London. I think he looks fantastic too. Adi takes a lot of pride in making his clients look their best and it really shows in the results. My husband didnt even have a clue what kind of haircut to get when he first went to Adi - he let him do his thing and couldn't be happier with the results. The other barbers at Little London seem to do the same high level of work, and the atmosphere is fun and casual.

On my first visit for a beard trim I told the barber 3 TIMES not to touch the length. Half way through he quickly and without warning removed over 2 inches! Afterward he charged me what I later found out was more than double the price for a beard trim! I talked to the owner who said he would give me my money back and personally take care of my beard. He promised he would fix my bad experience and make things better. About six weeks later I set up an appointment for a trim before work. He failed to refund me as promised and had in fact forgotten my appointment, but got me in about a half hour later than my appointment time. He took the time to do a good job of my beard and I left satisfied, despite not having been refunded as promised. Two months later I made another appointment in the method he requested (so it wouldn't be forgotten again). I showed up, paid for parking, and waited. When he didn't show up I left. The next day, I was in the area so I dropped in to see what happened. He apologized and said he wouldn't make excuses - I can understand life jumping out at you so I was fine with that. He said he was free after 1 that day. It was 12:40 and I was free until 2 so I said 1 was fine. At 1:10 he told me that there was a guy ahead of me and then I'm up. I left at 1:40 because I had to be somewhere near there at 2, without having been trimmed. All in all, the owner's promises are as reliable as his appointment times; he'll forget them moments after making them. The headache isn't worth a free trim! It appears as if a new customer isn't as important as one that's known there - even if that new customer has been screwed around every time they step in the door. The horrendous service isn't worth the free trims that were promised - I’d rather pay somewhere else!

The worst haircut I have ever gotten. Wanted the sides short and the top longer. He didn't even bother to blend properly, nor is the top length uniform at all. The very basic skills a barber needs were completely off his radar. This place would be fine for a "number 2 everywhere buzz cut", but I suspect the barbers have very little to no experience styling.

Have been a few times and always have a great cut. Was in today and had Kosta. Younger guy, did a bang up job on my fade and was quick and accurate. Attention to detail with everyone at the shop is killer. I won't go anywhere else. Recommend going Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon when it's less busy. They now also have a appointment system I highly recommend you take advantage of the appointment system

I went there to get hair cut from the owner Nigel. He is the best ever. This man is talented. Never have I ever been so satisfied with my haircut at any other place other than this maybe because I have high expectations when it comes to hair cuts. But for past 3 Nigel has been out of country as the store staff claims. Got hair cut twice from 2 different people. It's just okay. Could pay less and get better haiexut2from somewhere else.

Their hygiene is horrible. They use the same blade for several clients to shave around your neck and straighten whiskers. They are also chatty while serving their friends. So it may take 70-90 min per friend-client, meaning that you may spend unreasonable time in line.

This establishment earns it's reputation as the most popular barber in East York. The barbers care about their craft. They pay attention to detail. The clientele also care about their appearance and are well looked after. It's a man's den for sure, and I don't embarrass my son by sticking around. I let the professionals do their job. Been a client since it opened. While the barbers always do an awesome job, I'm changing my review here. If the booking system can't be a guarantee of a time to get a haircut, and the delay is going to be substantial, I can't advise that you should get your haircut here. I understand delays, however in my most recent visit I waited an additional 40 minutes my appointment time and my barber wasn't ready to start, and nobody else was available. Sorry folks - hope things get better for you. Right now you've lost a client.

Amazing place, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable in safe practices. They do a quality cut and shave. Be warned though it's no quick hair cut and you can expect to be in the chair for some time depending on what you would like done so plan to go on a day that you are not having to rush around.

It took me a while to find the right barber shop, but all good things require effort. Little London barber shop(Gerrard) is a unique mix of friendly/hip vibes, consistent service and on top of it all they allowed my emotional support dog :). Sal is my favourite barber overall and his fade is second to none. Highly recommend this place.

I went here a few weeks ago. I apparently got one of the best guys. It was one of the worst haircuts I ever got. He was nice enough but I think he was just very tired. He took a few shortcuts and the straight edge razor was terrible. I had to go home and shave myself properly. It's a shame, because I really wanted to make this my go-to barber. All the guy talked about was how he was trained by the best. I wasn't impressed.

With a more modern look, once you step into the barbershop, you feel welcomed by not only the atmosphere, but by the barbers that greet you once you enter the shop. Beautifully designed. All barbers that work there attend to their customers quick, efficiently, and remain to do the one thing a lot of us forget to do - ask questions. A barber there in particular that works there - Teddy, always seems to want to get the best out of his clients and the haircuts they truly want. He takes his time to understand the customer, supports them, but also something that is key, is that he offers his own honest opinion. Which, is great to hear, because it lets you know as a customer that you’re in great hands with a professional that will not just try to get a buck with generic styles or do a haircut that won’t suit you just to make a haircut for the day. Teddy is a professional in his own right. A skilled craftsman’s with his tools and clearly devotes a lot of time into his passions for barbering.

I decided to try Little London today and, while I'm not happy about the work done on my moustache, over all I am glad that I did. Maybe it was mis-communication on my part or inattentiion on Tino's part but in asking for a moustache line-up and explain that I'm growing out a handlebar from a length on about 1cm, I was expecting to lose all that length and being left with a well shaped but very thin moustache. The work done is impeccable though, as is my haircut. I do highly recommend Tino, and Little London in general. Just be sure to communicate your expectations...

I recently went to little London for the first time seeking a beard trim and linenup. I won't mention the barbers name as he was a nice guy. Can't recommend going here for beard work as mine was totally ruined. Upon sitting down, I decided I wanted a basic fade and line up. One cheek was ligned up with a curve, the other a straight line. I left the shop with a goatee after he used the clippers to take off almost all my beard on the sides. When I came home, I still had to straighten my neck line, and shave down the goatee. I did not complain at the time and even tipped. I just won't go back.

Little London is that tiny gem with great lustre. No pretension, great cuts. A welcoming atmosphere, I don't think there has been an instance where I haven't been greeted with a smile. The barbers take care of you and the owner makes every attempt (even when jammed) to ensure each client is satisfied. I have been a client for several years, multiple cuts, shaves etc., I have always left satisfied. Men's grooming at it's best with an English touch.

Don’t go here, got a cut of a young English guy, was on his phone for nearly most of the haircut on about what he was going to order from Uber eats and kept saying “damn” every two seconds...fairly certain he must have been on something, wasted nearly an hour giving me a medium fade haircut!! He also kept asking the three other barbers what time he was on break, they just kept telling him he wasn’t due a break...

I went here a little bit worried as I have a scar on top of my head (from ear to ear) and it shows easily through my hair if it is too short. They were very friendly and understanding that I did not want it to show, taking the time to cut it longer and gradually shorter (which no place I have been to has ever done, including some high end places claiming to be the best in Toronto). Ended up leaving with the best hair cut I have ever had in my life, and listened to a funny story about Justin Trudeau (which I recommend asking about when you are there). Definitely will only be going here from now on, despite the distance from my home (would still go if it was twice the distance). This is also my first time writing a review for anywhere, but this place deserves it.

I've been here a few times and it's always a good haircut. There's usually a good wait which is ok, however last time I was 'bumped' when next in line for someone who just walked in but was apparently a friend. (And no, it wasn't because of a pre-reserved appointment.) I get it - they take care of the more frequent regulars but of course at the expense of losing others. Anyway, they're always busy so I imagine that's not too big a concern.

I went into the salon on my lunch break to make an appointment. I was hoping I could use the walk-in service but I guess they werebooked up so I made an appointment with one of their employees. I came back the next day for my appointment Kywhich was at 11:30 and to my surprise it was somebody else that the appointment was with which I had no knowledge of then the lady said you can come back again we can make another appointment. Three days later still no haircut and two of my lunch break completely . They were completely on apologetic and had no respect for my salon to anyone while I was sitting there waiting for my appointment which was late the haircut I saw it was absolutely awful. The salon is in the higher points of pricing you think they would be a little more together my time was not important and I will never use their service or recommend it to anyone.
