The owner was very rude and completely dismissed my questions. Definitley not a place id ever visit again nor recommend. Asked about a colouring and the owner laughed in my face. Completely unprofessional. The other ladies that work there are good though.

Got a haircut here when i was 16, I came out looking 45 years old. I had asked for a straight short hair cut. It was very very simple. I ended up getting way shorter than i asked with the shortest layers I have ever had in my life. I was mortified as a 16 year old and definitely broke my confidence. When we asked for a refund, we were told no. Even the second hairdresser who looked at my hair afterwards looked grossed out at my hair. It took a year and a half tog row out and completely ruined my grade 11 year. i definitely dont recommend this place

Jagg is a great salon. A one stop shop. My hair is perfectly what I want and it's the best place for nails. I love going there. The ladies are friendly and accommodating and the prices cant be beat for all you get!!
