Place takes so long just for a barber to finally see you. Don't go for a walk-in unless you have nothing else planned for the day. And they raised their prices! $25 for a haircut? Are you kidding me? And when you're done, most barbers give you that "where's my tip?" Face. Unbelievable. Unless you like overpaying and over waiting, I suggest you go somewhere else.

The haircut was okay, though the barber I chose was confused with what I asked for. However, booking system is flawed, confusing and should be changed. I get that it's basically just using Resurva, but there's some information that seems unnecessary, such as your address.

Firme spot for a haircut, I've been there twice now and I've been satisfied both times. "Gomez" cut my hair the first time and nailed it, today the petite female got at my skin fade and did a great job. My only complaint is the parking for the business. But I'll definitely make this my barber shop from here on out.

This shop is the worst I've ever seen. Affiliated Barbershop is #1 in my opinion. They have the best barbers and best prices hands down. I think this shop tried to compete with A.B but didn't come close. Sorry to say but it is what it is.

Best barber shop in Santa Ana hands down. The owner is always in, providing great customer service very attentive. Great atmosphere, many TV's with plenty to watch. Great music, great flow as far as decoration and feng shui. Highly recommend Eric. The vibes make up for a hair cut you weren't really expecting. You just have to find the right barber for you. Getting my hair cut by Eric, I always leave as a happy customer.

I was there yesterday with my son. My 13 year old son is so upset right now because he went for a haircut I specifically asked the guy to cut it the exact length. The back looks like a rug that someone took a pair of scissorsto and cut a chunk out. Horrible. I can't wait till it grows out and He can get a real haircut. DON'T waste time or money here. I am so disappointed and mad at the same time!!! I will warn everyone to stay away, should not even get 1 star!

Just had my hair cut there today. Parking is in the back. They check your temperature in the way in. Great value for the price. I didn't feel like they were rushing like most other places. Great attention to detail.

I'm from NYC and I need a cut before my flight the following day. So I looked online and saw that Goodfellas had some of best reviews for any shop in the area so followed Google and other peoples opinions. I was very pleased with my cut and felt the level of service and conversation was on par to that of my local barber back home in Queens NYC if your looking for a decent barber this is the place to go. They have cold beverages flat panel TVs and good conversation lots of seating as well. Give them a shot you'll be pleased.

I've been to this barbershop a few times, and I can say that I highly recommend it. I've gotten a few of the barbers there, and personally I highly recommend Hector and Marlene. These two are really good with their craft and ensure a great cut. I haven't gotten Erick, but from what I have seen he is also really good and great for conversation.

Okay. Not super friendly, kind of too cool vibe, make sure you know who is doing the cut, there are some rookies in there that dont really know what they're doing. But I also saw some vets hooking guys up. My haircut looked ok but when i got home looked again it was very uneven. Sub par effort.

Hair cut was uneven when I came home and they didn’t use a Razor blade like said, to blend in the mid skin fade I asked for. Instead they used the machine so it can be quicker to start on another client.

I called a few hours ahead for an appointment and was still able to be accommodated. Ivan was my barber and he communicated well to ensure I was getting the right cut. He also took his time and was courteous and attentive. The atmosphere was laid-back back, but professional. I highly recommend this spot.

I have tried to make an appointment for a haircut this week, not once or twice but THREE times. I’ve made the appointment 1 to 2 days prior and they’ve always accept and get me a time then *cancel* last minute. I go back to the website to make another appointment and it asks if I want to be added to a “waitlist” for the original day I try to go on. It’s ridiculous. Update: They charged me $16 for *their* cancellation.

These guys are too cool and don't need your business. Called in to check the wait time. It took me 15 minutes to find a parking. The guy that answered said they were closing for lunch. Im in their parking lot and he said there was not enough time to cut my hair? This is the 3rd time I tried working with these guys. The last time their where 3 barbers sitting around on their phones and 3 of us customers on a wait list.. I waited 15 minutes then spoke the cool guys behind the desk and said 1 hr till another barber comes in... these people need to understand actual customers pay their pay checks. I normally give $20 tips for haircuts with actually good customer service... these guys don't get it because they act like the barber shop is their homies house..

A friend of mine recommended me to cut my hair with Pedro 2 years ago and ever since, I’ve been coming every 2-3 weeks because of how great his services are! Walking into this barbershop, you get a very friendly vibe and feel at home. Everyone here is super friendly and very skilled at what they do. I highly recommend getting your hair cut by Pedro. In all 2 years of coming here, I have never been unsatisfied by what I got from him. Not only do I see him as my barber now, but one of my best friends. 5 stars from me to this barbershop and Pedro!

Eric gets down on cutting hair, but unfortunately I came in a made the mistake of not waiting for him. I had a girl cut my hair, I asked for a low taper and just a trim on the sides. Her definition of a trim was chopping both sides off. I was dumbfounded when she handed me the mirror. It took me 5-6 months to grow out my hair now I have a landing strip on my head. It was a convenient place to go since it was close to home, but im now taking my business else where.

Total bummer because this could have been a 5 star review. Check in with Covid protocols was pretty standard but in between check in the main greeter forgot to check me in their system. Thinking everything was fine I waited for about 30 min before I asked if the barber i had an appointment with was even here? After some investigating the main greeter realized he listed me as a no show. Simple mistake I get it. But the problem was no one asked any questions or approached me after the fact. There were 2 empty chairs and 2 people in the lobby waiting and no one bothered to ask who I was or approach me. Their lunch had arrived so they began to eat instead of addressing the 2 customers that were still waiting for their appointment. Thankfully both the barber and greeter figured it out and addressed the issue. Even more impressive is the greeter acknowledged his mistake and told me about it! Because their system had already charged me the no show fee. So I still had to pay for the cut in cash and have a charge to my card. The cut was really good and im glad they acknowledged and were going to remedy the situation. Had a very pleasant expirence with Geo and the other barbers that were cutting looked like they were doing great work. But just a little bummed that this mistake happened and is even an issue when a lot of the reviews have the same complaint. I will give this 5 stars as soon as I get refunded my no show fee then this will be N overall great expirence Edit: it took a few days but I got my money refunded! 5 stars like I said before.
