No Ordinary Barber Shop! My son and husband were both very impressed with this shop. Zach is very welcoming and very conscientious about what he does. Ambiance is great. Coming from northern Ontario, we don’t have any upbeat shops that offer this type of service. Now they are asking when our next trip to Ottawa will be as they want to return. Thanks Clean Cut!

My first visit to this Barber Shop and it was a word of mouth reference which led to me going. One of the guys was nice enough to sit me between clients and since it's appointment only with some walk-ins it makes sense to stay organized.they do get busy apparently so call ahead .very modern design and I personally love the haircut so I do recommend it. Keep in mind every Barbershop caters to a different demographic whether it's age or style of music and let's just say this is catering to the new generation ????

Terrible barber shop. Both barbers were free but decided to go outdoors for 20 minutes and have a chat instead of serving their customers. Barber didn't cut my hair properly, decided to text most way through my haircut and rush my haircut as well. Could not pay debit neither, had to pay cash and overpaid 10 bucks because he had no change. Also rejected my request on thinning my hair but decided to do it anyway "just to make me happy" he said. Would not recommend.

Great place! It would be a 5 star rating if they weren't cash only... Edit: I'm changing the review to a 1 star. On my third visit two of the barbers got into a serious physical fight where items in the store were being broken. One of the barbers even pushed another barber while he was working on someones hair. Putting clients in danger and acting this way in front of clients is very unprofessional. It's disappointing because the barber who did my hair did a great a job, but he has no control over his emotions, and thinks that it's ok to use physical violence towards his coworkers to resolve problems like a child would.

Exceptional service by Fares! My father was unable to accept Fares’ help to come into the barber shop as he is elderly and has difficulty walking. Fares, without hesitation, said “ I’ll cut his hair at the car. Just give me 5-10 minutes” [ he was busy cutting a client’s hair at the time]. Within minutes, Fares came out and found a way - with even keeping the car clean of hairs! - to give my father a fantastic looking hair cut and shave. Thank you, Fares, for a very special hair cut with sincere care.

I highly recommend clean cuts barber shop because their top knoch barbers. (Fares, Zack, Moe, Dante) are all talented barbers that can give you exactly or even more of what you want in a haircut. They're all very welcoming to each and every one of they're customers. Personally I've had great experiences with all barbers, I never left not satisfied about my haircut ; neither did my family. I have three of my brothers and two cousins that are now going to clean cuts. They also never leave not satisfied. Zack is usually the barber I schedule my appointments with. His haircuts are always good but his outlines, and fades are very top notch. I would recommend this shop to anybody -- it's very clean, nicely decorated with good music and/or a TV and wifi services. I go to clean cuts on a weekly-biweekly basis. All of the staff is very kind, welcoming and accommodating even when not having an appointment they will try their best to squeeze people in. In particular, Fares who is a fantastic young man has been cutting my hair for a while now. Always on time, extremely professional and never once had an appointment cancelled. I’m extremely let down by this place. I came for the positive reviews but left disregarded and disrespected. I made it a point to leave work early to pick up my son and get him a haircut. When I arrived, I was told to sit and wait for a free chair. One barber was told to take care of my son and he walked to the back room and never reappeared again. I kept waiting for someone to see my son. 2 customers walked in after me and they both got serviced ahead of us. I sat there for 30 mins watching the owner throw my son’s haircut from one barber to another and no one wanted to service him. He instead cut his friend’s hair who walked in 30 mins after me. I decided to walk out and I won’t be returning. Unorganized and unprofessional.

Made an appointment with Zack, I ran behind , walked into the salon to find my barber taking payment from a client, thought to myself perfect he’s running behind as well ( it happens I’ve waited 10 min for him to finish another guy or come back from a smoke break.... no big deal). I have been going to clean cut ever since they opened, tried a few barbers there and one that I go to on the regular is Fares. He provides such a professional service and always tries to do his job perfect and always asks for feedback so he knows he is doing what the customer wants. Every now and then I just tell him do what you think will look good and he never disappoints, he is very passionate about his work and it can clearly be seen in the after product of any of his clients. He is also willing to take his time with his cuts and have that more personal interaction with you that is what a classic barber gives which is great. Fares is an amazing barber and I woudl highly reccomend anyone to try him out.

Wow. From my experience this place must be awful. I make an appointment one day prior to my hair cut at 10:30am with Rico. I show up at 10:30 and the shop is still closed (it says it opens at 10am). I wait till 11 until I had enough and decided to leave. When I came back after running a few errands, the barber decided to take 2 customers before me (which he still hasn't started on, so he could of easily taken me). I figured the must be friends or something. Then while I'm waiting, one customer was getting his hair cut. From what I can see it was very unprofessional. While he was cutting his hair he was on the phone talking to a friend asking him to use his pool. Crazy right? That was the final straw so I got up and left. Also there was hair on the floor from the night before. I k ow this because the shop just opened and there was hair under every chair. This place is the definition of unprofessional.

Fares is hands down the best barber in town. He is very skillful and is very professional. He is a great listener and does the exact cut I want. To anyone who is looking for a new barber this is your guy for sure!

I came by today to get a hair cut. I arrived at 1030 (30 min past the time they were supposed to be open) but the shop had yet to be opened. The staff member there said hi but then proceeded to ignore me for the next 10 min. At that point I got the impression this person was not interested not ready to provide me a service. I was very disappointed with the service I received here. Poor business practice. I would not recommend this place to any body and I would dissuade any of my friends from going there

I took a shot in the dark going here needed my hair cut bad and im glad i chose this place i got advised to change my hair style n i got an even cleaner look than i thought and the place is really nice not basic like other places and the steps they take to do your hair is done with care im extremely impressed 5 stars without a doubt

The fade was okay. The line up was pretty good. But not enough attention on the actual hairstyle. The workers were really nice,funny and welcoming. 1-10 probably a 6-6.5

Zack is especially patient with my son who has autism and remains calm even when my son becomes agitated. Zack is always happy to see us, and my son loves going to see Zack. I sat waiting to get my hair cut, and the young fellow named Zack ‘the manager’ waited an hour and a half to tell me that they couldn’t cut my hair due to the Eid jam up. I think it is highly unacceptable to refuse to cut a customer’s hair because of their ethnicity/nationality/culture. It would’ve been professional to let me know when I first walked in that it’s by appointment rather than making me wait for nothing. Never walking in there again.
