This is a terrible salon. I was treated horribly and the girl that did my hair dropped a huge dollop of hair dye in my eye. I'll never return to this place because I don't want to go blind from inexperienced staff. Go anywhere else.

Great place to get your hair cut. Very friendly staff who are awesome at what they do! Good prices. Make sure you book an appointment ahead of time as it's hard to get a walk-in appointment. Worth checking it out.

My son went with his dad to get a hair cut, and the girl (who I'm told is the owners daughter) completely butchered his hair. Uneven, missed spots, no blending. He took him back to get it fixed a couple days later and was told it was "too busy" for them to fix it. Horrible place, will be advising people I know to avoid it.

I just wanted to take the time to encourage everyone to go here, this place is absolutely wonderful. The staff are cheerful and friendly, the manager gives off one of the best attitudes I've seen in customer service, making you feel right at home, and everyone if very understanding and listen to what it is you're saying. I personally had my hair done by Sarah, who by the way, I wholeheartedly reccomend. I tend to mess with my hair a lot and ruin it beyond repair, honestly making their jobs more difficult. She took great care of my hair, took the time to explain the steps that needed to be taken, and repaired dried out, multi colored damaged hair into something so beautifully blended with a healthy feel and look. This place has by far the best customer service I've ever received, they take the time to get to know you, relate themselves to you, and all at a really great price. If you're thinking of getting your hair done, I guarantee you will love this salon.

Tried this salon for the 1st time. Called to book but got the voicemail. Staff called back promptly. Booked my husband and 2 boys for their haircuts. Ryan was a great communicator, and was playful with my 5 year old. He listened well to what I would like for the kids' haircuts. He also did a great job with my husband's hair and even gave him some tips. Thanks, Ryan!

I went in for a $10 buzz, the girl had used her scissors to make 3-4cuts on the top of my head so it then went from $10-$25 no telling me about it. I thought I'll give em another chance this time making sure they don't pull out the scissors well AGAIN $25 this time their catch was bcuz they had changed the buzzer clip from a number 1 to a number 2 it's considered a cut not a buzz. Again not making any mention of it. I don't recommend these scammers to cut your hair .

First time here. I got a very nice haircut, low lights and highlights. My stylist did a great job at estimating the time. I also noticed that the whole time when she wasn't touching my hair, she was cleaning and tidying up her station and the salon. I think that is important for the salon manager to know. Too bad, I can't remember her name.

Z Z Cuts is amazing! Back in November I had awful blue/green hair that was supposed to wash out within 2 months, but after 5 months it wasn’t going anywhere, even after trying to bleach it out. So, I made an appointment to get my hair done with them. They ended up dying my hair to a beautiful dark brown, and it is absolutely wonderful, and still looks really nice months later. I highly recommend them.

What a great institution so lucky to have them in our town. Our family started getting cuts here in 2000 and kids are still coming back, that’s a great compliment. You have to appreciate the upbeat positive attitude, great results and value.

Looked up the highest rated place in Mission for a haircut and landed on ZZ Cuts. Staff was very friendly and welcoming but I ended up with a new employee with little experience cutting my hair. I learned as the cut progressed she was just out of school. I asked for a skin fade and she didnt know what it was but had it described to her. I asked her not to touch the top at all but during the fading process she ended up cutting some hairs on the left side which absolutely ruined my haircut. It relies on longer hair on the left decreasing in length towards the right. Halfway through the haircut the owner took over because she didnt know how to continue. He salvaged what he could but the experience was definitely not a good one overall.
