New to town, found this place online, had the luxury of getting in this morning as a walk in, two of us with very different natural hair. To be honest one of the best beard trims and skin fades by both attending staff, my only regret is not getting names to mention as I fill out this review, we will both be back, we were well managed by a friendly and attentive staff, with a line up behind us.. Highly recommend, articulate and naturally talented staff. Keep up the good work all of you

Wonder what's wrong with these people. Went in for a haircut, the guy wouldn't even show me a mirror to check the back of my head. I asked him to see the back and he said he doesn't have a mirror. He then proceeded to get aggressive with no provocation. Will never return.

Some of the best service I've ever had and the nicest people! So sweet and my nails look amazing! The deluxe pedicure was so much better than any I've had before :) will definitely go back

The lady has no experience, no point in saying what you want because she is just going to give you whatever she wants apparently.. do not recommend! Don’t get your hair cut here !

I don't understand any of the bad reviews. As far as getting a men's cut done, HANI was awesome, an incredibly fast and skillful barber. While I cannot speak to the women's haircuts, when I was waiting; I witnessed a little girl get offered to have her nails painted free of charge, between another customers highlights, while her brother was getting his hair done by Hani! Affordable service too!

Worst eyebrow threading of my life. There was zero communication through the process. She completely stripped my eyebrows - they've never been this thin. She also changed the shape into a literal line. It's going to take MONTHS to fix this. I'm devastated. I also have a lot of breakouts around my eyebrows and forehead which hasn't happened like this before. Mayaz also wouldn't take the feedback..it was impossible to her that I didn't like my eyebrows. It was also just a very weird experience. I didn't feel welcomed at all when I entered. Reading through these reviews - they openly don't service the LGTBQ+ community?! I was already not going to be going again but after reading that, I highly encourage others to do the same. Why support a business that openly hates others? Exactly.

Never again. My eyebrows just needed a clean up and now they are 100% uneven, and thinned way too much. She turned around to say it wasn’t her fault. I tried to explain one side is further back now then the other asked her to fix and she said no. WOW

Horrible customer service, they don't wear masks and do not comply with any other covid regulations. They are very open about being unsupportive to the lgbtq community and will refuse service for anyone who lives this lifestyle. Save your money!

Had a pedicure and acrylic fill, the service was excellent. Maya was so friendly and welcoming and treated me like family, love my pedicure, best I've had (and I've had lots), and really pleased with the care and attention given for my fill. I coloured my hair at home and turned out so brassy, went to Maya, she fixed it and gave me a beautiful ashy healthy hair, Would happily recommend this salon.....see you again soon! Thank you

This store the women they dont know how to properly cut hair yet she still hair. She makes it so bad yet its still open. Ive been here for 35 years ive never encountered a bad bair cut like this ever. They ruined my hair pls dont come here for a haircut.

Hani is a gifted barber a cut above the rest- he is impressively precise and works fast. As a female, I’m nervous trying new barbers (after a few experiences of being turned away on the basis of my gender) but Hani was most respectful and I felt comfortable in his presence.
