I went a couple weeks ago and the service was great ???? very friendly staff, great prices and they did an amazing job with my hair ???? so today I took my son to get his hair done and chandler was great with him. my boy was extremely comfortable and loved his haircut, plus all the compliments he got when we went out and about after. ???? Great people, prices and atmosphere. They are accommodating to all styles and genders and I've seen how great they are with childrens cuts, as I know kids can be difficult with barbershops. I have had my hair cut by all of the barbers and I've always been very pleased with their work. I am a customer for life.

Great little barbershop with fair pricing. Now that they take appointments it’s much nicer to get in. I’d give them a full 5 stars but have had the odd only “sub par” haircut from some of the staff. I have my regular which gets a full 5 star rating, and the others still did a descent job however. Will continue to go there as they are all very friendly!

They said come back at 1:30pm. And I had to wait for another one and haft hour. No one say anything! Super bad service I never seen in my life. I have no choice but if I have, I would let my review goes with zero star. Please remind this, nice cut but it doesn’t mean that you can put the super bad service together. We asked them why and they tried to explain with everything reason can be. And later they give us a coupon for next time. But I don’t think we gonna come back.. P/s: I have clip record their explain. But I don’t want to post on public. I mean all I said up here is true!! Very very bad service!

Worst service, great haircuts. It's absolutely impossible to ever get a time from them and you're always waiting for at least 1.5 to 2 hours. They have a "list" they put you on but even that is completely unreliable and if you dont call them back to check up, they give your number to someone else. SERIOUSLY need to implement appointments because they're very talented with their haircuts and can give you more or less exactly the kind of cut you want but it's a huge set back that the service is never satisfactory and no one has time to wait 2 hours just for their turn to get a haircut.

For years i've been looking for a place to get a decent fade cause frankly I was tired of getting a 1" all over my sides and POOOF call it a fade then end up paying 50 bucks for it. My mother and I had just finished having an argument about how no hair cut or tattoo could ever make me less ugly then i already was. Well well well, Lemme tell you this guy is absolutely flawless and i came out looking like a boss. Thank You BK. The barber lounge is for everyone and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

I do admit the haircuts given are very nice, but not nice enough for my sons to wait 1 hr to get a cut, if at least you could make appointments you would be able to work around that time, some people are busy and need to make sure it can fit in the schedule, if they started doing bookings then i would return. My son went to here for a haircut and he saw Harman. Harman was professional and quick and did a great job with my son’s hair. This was a first time my son went here and we will be coming here again. The inside of the shop was clean and they followed all Covid protocols. Their prices are very reasonable and my son loved his haircut and that’s a lot a lot for a picky 17-year-old.

I used to be a " I'll get a number one " kind of guy no matter where I went. Always paying for low quality cuts at in and out rush style places (magic cuts etc.) When I tried The Barber Lounge I wasn't sure what to expect but after getting my First fade done by Atle Koellmel I knew I was never going back to anyone else. The time/patience and professionalism he puts in to making sure your cut is EXACTLY what you want cant be matched anywhere. If for whatever reason you can't book with my barber Atle any of the other professional barber's here would gladly take you in. I have yet to see even the slightest mistake on a cut from any of them. All in all I highly recommend this shop and if you have any doubts I promise they'll be gone after your first cut like mine were.

Very laid back, but yet very professional. I live in mission, and I've been trying to find a decent place to get a hair cut and beard trims/shaping, going as far as Chilliwack. This is by far the best experience I've come across that is also close to home. Never did I feel like the appointment was being rushed. They take the time to do a very good, proper job. Atle will be my new go to barber from now on.

The staff is not welcoming at all!! My sons hair cut wasnt properly blended at the top, asked for a line, it's barely visible. The barber cutting my sons hair was nice to my son though. There was also a dog loose in there, my son has allergies to dogs so I wasnt impressed about that. I will definitely be sticking to my barber's in cambridge despite the drive....do not recommend going here if you want good, friendly haircuts.
