not a good place to take kids for haircuts. stylist did not know how to deal with a small child, said inappropriate things, and rushed through the haircut as fast as she could. we won't be back.

Hairdresser wouldn't pay attention and I had to remind her how I wanted it cut. She paid more attention to men getting their hair cut by the other hairdressers. Very unsociable person, who didn't even do a 2 minute mvp. I paid to get out of there as quickly as possible. Will not be returning to this location.

Went there the first time had an awesome cut. Went back last Sunday before a concert and the hairdresser missed a bunch of hair on both sides of fade between long hair. I didn't notice till I got home and had a shower. (Also my face neck ears etc was covered in hair and the reason for the shower) So I went in today to get it fixed and the girl who cut it turned out to be the assistant manager. No apologies, no offer like sorry hey for your troubles did you want a VIP service, or hey your son is getting a cut this one or next on is on the house, nothing! To be honest it seemed like she was annoyed I came back to get it fixed. I always give a business or person the benefit of a doubt and it's how they resolve an issue that makes or break it. So big fail on this one, more training is needed for a person in this position.

I arrived at 10:35 on a Sunday and they told me to leave and wait until 11:00 when the sign on the door said opens at 10:00. I proceeded to wait patiently until 11:00 and at 10:50 another customer went in and the lady working told them to check in but I arrived 20 minutes first and I was told to leave. The lady working their had red hair and tattoos. I wasn’t going to wait there for another 30 minutes as I arrived first and she told me to leave. Why was the door unlocked when I arrived when they don’t open until 11:00. Lacking in customer service today.

I love this location. It's the only place my husband will go and take our 2 boys. The staff is very quick and talented. They are awesome at dealing with little kids. They always doing an amazing job with my 1 and 2 year old and make them feel special. They are great with handling the squirming kids and never make get cranky or frustrsted. If you are craving a special treat or break for a while my husband always raves about the MVP treatment. It's definitely worth the extra couple dollars.

I use SportClips exclusively because the stylists/barbers do amazing work. They know my hair and how it behaves and they always make me look good. The MVP option is amazing and you absolutely have to treat yourself to multiples. I always get 3 or more. This is the best choice for guys haircuts without question.

Went there for the first time today. Staff was very friendly and gave a good cut. They give a complementary MVP upgrade for your first visit, which was great. But with tips and tax, total came to about $40 for just a haircut. That's almost double than what I paid before moving to Maple Ridge. If cost is not a factor, I'm sure they wouldn't disappoint.

Great barber shop with very good customer service. They suggested me a hair treatment product which I didn’t have high hopes for and it worked. It hasn’t even been a month yet and I’m seeing results already. It helps with thinning and balding and make the hair look denser and healthier.

Was given a free coupon to check it out. Took my daughter for a trim. Just an inch off. I was told that normally they do guys’ hair and had to charge me $10 b/c they have to section her hair off... I’m not trying to complain but nowhere does it say that they charge for that. It’s not on the coupon either. We only wanted a trim and we are already in the seat so not turning back now. That kind of extra charge needs to be posted so people in future know. Including having that on their coupons.

Very satisfied with service. I should've just called and asked before hand but I googled if they cut girls hair. It was hard to find an answer online. I found out they do through Google's rates and reviews and I also found out they did buried in their FAQ on the website. If the hair is below the shoulder they charge an additional $10. That wasn't mentioned anywhere and they dont have the right brushes for it. However they did their best and was quite satisfied with the work.
