Heard about this place on a FAB group and decided to try it out. It's great. True, good quality hair cuts. After reading other reviews I decided to go to Luie’s to have my long overdue hair cut. My first impression was a very nice open concept facility with excellent couches to lounge on and televisions to watch while waiting for my turn in the chair. Upon my time to sit in the chair I told Remon to work his magic, leaving the style choice for him to decide as I’m not picky, and to be quite honest I can guarantee that he has better taste than I ever will. Remon knocked the ball out of the park with the cut, nice crisp even lines and a wicked style. It’s hard the believe that the cut cost less than $20. Keep up the great work guys!

This place is highly recommended! I've had my hair cut twice before, and Dede did a great job both times. These guys always cut everyones hair with a modern look. I've been to some of the other shops around langley, and they are hit and miss. All you have to do is look at all the other customers hair when they're done, and everyone's hair cuts all look great. They take extra care and make sure they do a good job.

Asked for a trim/cleanup on the sides and the back, and i emphasized that i didn't want it too short. The barber gave me a low fade. I have no idea why, was really puzzled as I asked for a trim/clean up. He didn't really seem to care and just did what he wanted. This is the second and last time ill be here

I wasn't going to write a review, so they don't get busier, but Luie and his team deserve a 5 star review. After years of going to Spa Utopia every 4 weeks, I tried a few barber shops and was never happy with my haircut. Since going to Luie's about 2 years ago, I haven't gone anywhere else. Great people, great haircut, nice shop, what more could you ask for. Close to home also.

I am in my 60's and have been to Luie's a few times. I went 3 months without income because of Covid and now my income is very low and limited. They have raised their prices considerably. The first times that I went for a haircut, I was charged the senior's fee of $13. This time I was charged $25 plus I left a $4 tip. Ramone is an artist and they are very nice. They have just priced themselves out of my league, regretfully.
