Booked an appointment, went in the day of and showed up on time. Apparently the barber left because of family emergency earlier on in the day. There was no calls to cancel clients, and the only other person in the store said he didn’t have time to cut the hair, he was “fully booked”. I’m so shocked because it was my first time at the Barber shop and I not only wasn’t contacted about the cancel, I drove out only to find that they weren’t even able to squeeze me into their schedule because of their mistake. My time wasn’t valued obviously, Just very unprofessional.
